This hotel is located in the Auto Porto area, 500 m from the Torino-Aosta highway, Aosta Toll-House Gran San Bernardo and 3 km from the historic centre of Aosta. The Pila ski resort area is just 12 km away and it is 30 km to the Courmayeur ski area and 40 km to the Cervinia ski resort.

    Hotel is well located having transversed the Mont Blanc tunnel. Staff are good and hotel clean and practical. Plenty of parking outside and just off the highway.But! Room 338 had a terrible smell, we think of detergent but not sure. Really gets into your sinuses. We kept the window open but then you have loud highway noise. I would stay here again but the smell really put us off. We mentioned it to the reception the next morning and they were genuinely surprised and will talk to the cleaners.The room itself was basic but practical.

    this hotel is terrible. i came here in february for a school trip, and it wasn’t a good experience. to start off with, the rooms had no air conditioning, making it impossible to sleep with the uncomfortable mattresses we had. there was a stain on a matress, and there room itself was dirty. the shower broke in a couple rooms and was not pleasant. there were dead bugs around the hotel, and it felt like an unsafe environment. the food was revolting and made everyone feel ill. it was horrible. it tasted so bad, everything was cooked wrong and after people had ate it the workers put it into a clear tub for everyone to see, making many students feel sick. the same cake we had in the first night was still in the fridge many days after, displayed for the public to buy and eat. the staff were not nice at all, very rude. the view from the window was a parking lot for trucks and was very loud. thank goodness there was a supermarket across the road or all the children would’ve starved! no one hardly ate the food because it was so nasty. this hotel is not good and i do not recommend it to anyone!!!

    Room very tired with no air conditioning- so hot impossible to sleep. On site restaurant terrible. Such a shame. At least it is close to the motorway and a very big carrefour. There must be better options in Aosta. Suggest looking for somewhere else instead

    The hotel is situated in a rundown commercial area surrounded by car parks for trucks We had no air conditioning in the room and when we complained were told it has not been on for 2 weeks and we’re told to open the window so a very noisy room,contacting the manager was a waste of time The bathroom had mould on the shower on the walls and the shower tray At 0630 only 1 member of staff present He was looking after 2 breakfast rooms a coach load of people and also reception! Avoid this hotel!

    Dirty floors, bathroom door does not close, door Handel broken and aircon not working. Not a pleasant experience and really wonder about the other reviews but they are either paid or from a different hotel. Only positive is that is close to the highway
