    Pizza was great, housewine was OK. Waiters kind.Everything else was really awful. Dirt spoons, dirt glasses, shower not really Clean, even broken. Breakfast: dry old bread, old Croissant, Bad Coffee. Mold in the marmelade. Even the napkins were dirty. Beds cracking. It was loud, you can hear everything from your nightbour room.The Pool was dirty of leaves and rubbish, maybe Clean in Summer...ITS the truth.I have no Problem with old furniture and rooms.

    Beatiful family driven hotel high in the mountain side, with a spectacular view.Hosts are freindly, food is great and facilities are clean and well maintained.We came for 1 day, but ended up staying for two days.Outside swimmingpool and a large sun garden.Outside and inside restaurant.Proper Italian pizzza.Big parking lot (no garage). Perfect for Motorcycle trevellers.Languages spiken by staff is Italien, Tirol, German and English.

    A real pension. fantastic view. very nice staff, smiling and very laid back. the bed was a little soft. The pool was clean and a nice thing since it was quite hot. The meals in the restaurant are tasty and affordable.

    This hotel is perched high above Bolzano and offers magnificent views. The staff were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The rooms were comfortable, but mine was located below the restaurant and there were footfalls and chairs scraping until fairly late. Breakfast was not great, with a pretty limited selection.

    Nice Owners, but Substandard Hygiene (Flies Everywhere, All the Time)

    Breakfast was included in the price, but I lost my appetite when I saw the food covered with flies. There are well known methods and technologies for controlling these pests. I hope the owner figures it out quickly!
