    The hotel was wonderful, very charming with a great pool area and beautiful gardens. The front desk staff are wonderful especially Frederiko who took great care of us. I look forward to coming back next time I am in the Dolomites.

    The place is very conveniently located in downtown Bolzano. The designers seemed to go for a "retro" luxury look, with traditional mechanical door keys (not cards), fancy-looking plumbing (like in a 1950s movie) etc. A nice electric kettle in the room, but unlike many North American hotels, no microwave (either in the room or in the lobby). A large room for bicycle storage, with a pump and some tools supplied, was a nice touch, and so was a little swimming pool in the yard.

    Great hotel. simple and pleasant room. Excellent bartnders and fun environment in the bar at night. Professional staff and central location. Easy walk to train station.
