  Possibly the rudest customer service in the Spa ever experienced worldwide

  Unbelievable, such a shame lovely hotel, lovely breakfast and close to lift. The issue is the Spa! The “Lifeguard” or Spa manager not sure basically shouts and screams is incredibly rude and should find a job as far away from customer service as is possible. In the locker room another guest was so offended he turned round and walked out the Spa. It was a genuinely terrible experience. I would suggest staying at another hotel if you want to use a Spa after skiing as it was as far from relaxing is possible to be.   Overall a good experience

  We stayed for half term in the executive rooms on half board. The food was very good, some evenings better than others but the buffet starters were consistently excellent and a wide selection for everyone. Breakfast is standard but absolutely fine. We used the shuttle bus to Val Veny most days which was brilliant. The pillows were not great and room was quite warm but leaving the window open to cool it was ok. Showers/bathroom was nice and modern. Pool was a nice addition, you have to book no more than 24 hours in advance. Staff all super friendly which made the stay so pleasant. We had drinks in the bar one evening and it came with an assortment of snacks (if you’re hungry pre dinner!)Note that the hotel is not close to town, we had a car so could drive in but if being in town is important then this isn’t the hotel for you. But given it has everything you need then you don’t really need to go in. There is a local bus but it doesn’t run that frequently.The executive rooms had slippers and robe included and you get a towel voucher on arrival (they advised just keeping the pool towel for the week as if you want a new one it’s €4). We never needed swimming hats/caps.We paid for parking at the hotel but there are a few spaces outside (glad we weren’t out there given how much snow there was!)Overall a good stay, I had read all reviews on trip advisor so felt prepared for a variety of experiences - but it was fine and I felt reasonable value for what we paid.

  Lovely vacation at TH near Courmayeur

  We had the most wonderful time at TH Courmayeur, the hotel is beautiful, the SPA unique with its external warm pool looking to the Alps, rooms are comfortable, large and clean, the food was varied and delicious, the staff very attentive and always happy to assist. The location minutes from Courmayeur but very quiet. When we faced a personal difficulty during our stay, Domenico at the reception and the General Manager did every effort to help us and were successful. Great value for money, strongly recommended and for sure we will come back!

  Terrible Property - It should not be opened in the Summer

  In my opinion, this property should not be opened in the Summer. There is a severe lack of ventilation and cooling. The rooms are near 30 degrees C in June and the property made a futile attempt with a portable fan to cool the room. The fan failed. We had to leave the outside door open, allowing various insects to enter the room. I left the property after day 1 of an 8-day stay. The desk manager Paolo promised a refund for the remaining room. He unfortunately was dishonest and Expedia was unable to secure the refund promised. Shame on TH Courmayeur and shame on Expedia. Customer Support, Owner at TH Courmayeur, responded to this review We are very sorry to hear that your stay was uncomfortable due to the temperature in the rooms. As communicated at check-in, the property does not have air conditioning, in accordance with current regulations. To help alleviate the discomfort, we immediately provided a portable air conditioner in your room, but we understand that unfortunately it was not sufficient. We sincerely regret that the situation led to an early departure and we would have liked to find an alternative solution together, although the available rooms do not have air conditioning. Regarding the refund, no promise was ever made in this regard, but we remain at your disposal for any further clarification or assistance. Thank you for taking the time to write to us, and we hope to offer you a better experience in the future.

  I really like my stay in this hotel during my daughter’s winter holiday. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Access to cable lifts pretty good quite close to hotel. Views of Monte Bianco /Monte Blanc amazing Very nice breakfast and dinner with good selections of wines. - of course if you need something really beautiful for dinner , chose recommended restaurants in neighborhoods.Staff is helpful and friendly. Specially thanks to waiters and one by of them Francesco - young and very promising waiter from Sicily .Two drawbacks : spa center and pool - this hotel requires definitely well organized this kind of activity and bigger pool - access by website is horrible.Second - the rooms with the windows viewing the road should have more soundproofing quality .TripAdvisor does not have Anyway truly recommend this hotel TH Resorts, Owner at TH Courmayeur, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your recent experience at our hotel.
