Quality of food and service is not at a 4star level. The halfboard dinner was of mediocre quality; the salat buffet was always the same and only consisted of tomatos, cucumbers, mais, red beet and salat. No variation over one whole week. Food as such was quite tasteless except for the fish; not what you would expect in Italy either. It was not possible to order espresso after dinner; instead you had to go to the bar according to the "hotel policy". Staff in the restaurant seemed to be inexperienced and not well trained - at least not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. You have to pay in order to use the wellness center which they sell as "private spa". EUR 25,-/person per hour is totally overpriced. We will not stay in this hotel again. In fact, the salad bar consists of fennel, carrots, lettuce, etc. every other day in addition to the courses mentioned. We are also very surprised by your feedback, as we receive daily positive feedback on the catering, with tasty and typical courses of local and national tradition. Coffee in the dining room is not served at dinner, but if guests like coffee, they can safely sit at the bar. Regarding our spa, the paid service is already well specified at the time of booking and on our website, so we struggle to understand the reason for the grievance since the information is already well known. Moreover, the entrance is precisely private. Hoping that you can still give us the pleasure of welcoming you again at our Hotel Rezia or in another of our more than 30 facilities throughout Italy, cordial greetings.

Very nice Italian style Hotel with excellent service and facilities for cycling. This is the 4th time we were here and we will be back. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast is excellent. Very friendly and hardworking staff.

Pretty good cousine and good service and also very clean and confortable. We also received good support from all the staff about recreation activities a recomendations.They offer also garage service we fount to be quite nice to preserve your car from the cold winter mountain nights. Elegant quality hotel is in the historical center&pedestrian area. There is a privet transfer to/from slopes, but it's 10~15 min by walking at the same time.Good breakfast, nice cozy room.I had some misunderstanding regarding my booking via hotel's site, but administration has settled a question immediatelly. Staff, especially Cornelia, is impeccable.Hotel has a good restaurant. At the weekend it was full and is worth booking table in advance.The only real minus i found is you have to slam the door hard in order to get it closed. A fantastic week

I spent a very pleasant week. The staff was efficient, friendly and I immediately felt at ease. Food is also excellent. The double room was a little too small, but nice and functional. I hope to return!
