Great Budget hotel in Venice

Was a little scared to stay here based on the past reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was great. It’s not luxury but good value for the price. And you can’t beat the view of the canal from the room we had.

DO NOT BOOK. SCAM.They will take a prepayment and you won’t get a refund, even if you cancel within the free cancellation period. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked because I have spent months trying to get a refund from booking. com and it’s looking very unlikely now.

beware scam , booking made in january for september, fully paid , the hotel cancelled my booking in may and still hasn't refunded me

The worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling. Hotel Airone unilaterally cancelled my reservation on May 1st, and more than a month later I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted the hotel directly multiple times — no reply whatsoever. No explanation, no apology, no action. Just total silence.This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable — zero professionalism and zero responsibility.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay far away from this place. There’s a complete lack of basic decency and customer care.
