    Very comfortable quiet location although scarcely one minute walk from water taxi at Rialto Bridge. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay in such a central location.

    I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to everything you need, yet quiet and comfortable. The accommodation itself was very pleasant, and the staff were always kind, helpful, and welcoming.What really stood out was the above-and-beyond service: I had accidentally left my AirPods Pro in the room after checkout, and the hotel arranged to send them all the way from Italy to the Czech Republic. That level of care and attention is simply exceptional and truly rare to find.Overall, a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone – you won’t be disappointed!

    Very poor and run down hotel. Nothing at all like the website. We paid to stay in a junior suite as there were three of us. No slippers, no tea/coffee facilities and although there was a safe there was no key. Had to ask three times for cups teabags and milk. Still waiting on the coffee. Despite themSaying they’d get us a key for the safe it never arrived. Breakfast was awful.

    Stayed 1 night after a eve flight. Small hotel literally steps away form Rialto bride you head out of the entrance walk straight ahead and turn right you have the amazing view of the bridge and the canal and the hustle and bustle of the other tourists, cafes and restaurants simply breathtaking. Less than of 10 minute walk to San Marco sq, Doge palace etc 5 mins from the spiral staircase. Room was small and tastefully decorated in Vientian style and had everything you needed, including a full length mirror, kettle etc, plenty of sockets next to the bed and mirrors. The hotel we moved to (Rialto Bridge) which is just infront of this hotel whilst bigger and lot more expensive did not have room layout that was practical such as having plug sockets next to mirrors or next to the bed to charge your phone as you lie down or indeed a full length mirror. In hindsight I wish I had saved money and done our full three nights day at this hotel. Unless of course you want the view of the canals from your hotel window . Do not book this hotel for a view as it has none just the busy little streets below. The breakfast was again small but has everything you need and is quick. Again unlike the more expensive hotel we stayed in where we were unable to make our own toast and had to wait quite a while for the toast to arrive which then was cold at that point. The staff are all lovely and Michael was a star helping us out with the ironing 🤣👌👏. As the new hotel we had moved to unfortunately were unable to provide an iron but more than happy to iron clothes for €50 + for 3 items, which was not something we wanted to waste our money on I simply went back to this hotel even though we had checked out informing what had happened and he whipped out the ironing board and iron free of charge!

    Great value for money.The room was comfy, clean and stylish . IT had been updated recentmy as was all the building and it had been sound proofed. So we had calm nights and quiet sunnt meals on the private terrace. The staff was firendly and eagder to help with directions and vaporettoes. The room was as it was on the website, not that big but warm and decorated in traditional Venitian style . The location is great, 50m from the Rialto bridge with lovely cafes all around fro breakfast. 10mn to San Marco and 30mn 'walk to the station.
