  Effortlessly perfect!

  This place is UNBELIEVABLE! Prefect in every way. It so exceeded our expectations. I must premise that I was hesitant at first because check in is all automated. Truth is they stay ahead at every step of the trip making the experience effortlessly perfect. Highlights:1. Pay attention at the check in instructions and in case of questions reach out to Hotel Ai Reali (which owns these apartments). Make sure to download the Open Now app. 2. Top notch service: Nicola and Alessandra (from Hotel Ai Reali) which we contacted to inquire about an early check in and to notify check out embody what 5 star customer service is all about. They both surprise us: prompt, clear and concise communicators, effective and disarmingly kind. They added an extra touch of delight to our trip. 3. Location location location: this apartment is located in between Redentore and Palanca vaporetto stop. Line 2 is so frequent that you’ll not need to wait to get anywhere Venice. And bonus! It’s connected to Tronchetto where we parked. Bottom line: this place is perfect. We will be back!   Nice apartment in great area

  The apartment was in a good position in Venice, in a nice quiet area close to good restaurants and public transport. Our room had a good kitchen area and was heated well. Definitely would recommend it to Venice travellers. Had everything we needed.   Venezia perfetta!

  Giudecca is the perfect location to explore Venice. The view of the city is exceptional both at day and nighttime. The neighbourhood has a very authentic atmosphere as it is home to many locals whom you can encounter in the shops (some excellent bakeries and a little supermarket just around the corner) and the numerous seafront restaurants. The apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated and functional. It really feels like home from the very start. The only negative thing to mention is the rather cumbersome procedure to open the main entry door as well as the flat itself on arrival. The openow app requested doesn't work properly and we had to call the hotel for help. We were promptly given a 4-digit code which allowed all of us to easily access the house and flat. An app might not even be needed if this were adopted as common practice. We would return to Al Redentore any time if back in Venice!   Horrible; terribleThe apartment was not clean on arrival. The bathroom flooded & it took them 2 days to repair. There was no pre arrival information regarding cleaning or where to dispose garbage. In addition, we are unable to understand which apartment you stayed in and to verify and properly understand what happened for you decided not to disclose your name on the review.We did have a guest staying in one of our apartments who had similar complaints, but this guest refused to let our staff in to have the apartment cleaned and the shower fixed, we therefore believe it was not you, otherwise your review would make even less sense. We go above and beyond to ensure all our guests enjoy their stay with us and in our beautiful city to the fullest, but we can only do so much for clients who actively decide to ruin their stay by refusing the assistance we do our best to provide.Lastly, we wish to point out Al Redentore di Venezia is a set of apartments remotely managed by Hotel Ai Reali (an information clearly found online and that we remind to our guests in several e-mails we send prior to arrival detailing all useful information on how to reach the apartment, the steps required for the check-in procedure and other useful information on the apartment and the city). It is therefore not uncommon that the service may differ from a hotel, which is a different kind of establishment, offering a different kind of service at a much higher cost.We think that you have understood very little about the accommodation you have booked, probably because you have not read well the information on our site and not even all of our pre-arrival emails that we have sent you. We conclude that what you wrote is very incorrect: you are the type of customer that no establishment would like to have....

  Sweet little apartment

  Beautiful apartment with a side view of the canal. Located between two vaporetto stops. A little difficult to find, but once you find it, it’s very easy to get there. There are a couple small restaurants and a small grocery within walking distance.
