    The location of this hotel is really excellent near every major attractions yet on a quiet piazza. Check in was fast, the nicely decorated room was quite large and so was the bathroom. The breakfast buffet (very good selection with local specialities) was well presented with a friendly and attentive staff. There is a small rooftop with is a lovely addition for an aperitivo. There is no on site restaurant but there are plenty of choices around the hotel. Check out was efficient and I would certainly consider coming back.

    Not good. For over £300 a night expected more. Room small - pictures are deceptive. No soundproofing anywhere, incredibly noisy in the mornings (doors slamming, moving furniture and loudly talking housemaids), no hair conditioner in the bathroom; a small thing but I’ve stayed in hotels and paid half this nightly rate and had better toiletries. Breakfast only average - pastries and eggs not fresh. I will not return here and dispute a 4 star rating - a high 3 at best and anywhere other than Venice would be £130 a night max

    What a wonderful hotel . The staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. It was lovely to speak with Ricardo who provided great recommendations. Breakfast was very good and we would highly recommend this hotel.

    Excellent hotel in prime location, literally steps from La Fenice. Enjoyed the rooftop bar (excellent service!), and the updated rooms. A special mention for the lovely bathroom with wonderful shower enclosure. The only thing that was a little below perfection was the breakfast, where the scrambled eggs tended to be overdone and the pastry bland. But service here too was prompt and polite (lovely cappuccino!).
