Excellent, updated accommodations steps from the opera house

Excellent hotel in prime location, literally steps from La Fenice. Enjoyed the rooftop bar (excellent service!), and the updated rooms. A special mention for the lovely bathroom with wonderful shower enclosure. The only thing that was a little below perfection was the breakfast, where the scrambled eggs tended to be overdone and the pastry bland. But service here too was prompt and polite (lovely cappuccino!).

You will not be disappointed by this beautiful hotel, the location was no more than a 10 minute walk from anywhere. Located in a lovely part of Venice and in a lovely courtyard. The room was spacious and immaculate all that you would expect from a high end hotel. The breakfast was incredible - a fantastic section of cold and hot with really friendly staff. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Great boutique hotel

Excellent location, walking distance to St Marco square. Close to fine restaurants. Rooms are modern furniture in excellent condition and very comfortable. Breakfast room is very nice with quality food. What is remarkable about this boutique hotel is its reception. Very pleasant and helpful. Mr. Giorgio was extremely helpful in providing advice for transportation to airport and arranging it. This boutique hotel is a destination in Venice!

Fabulous hotel in a great location

Fabulous hotel in a great location, tucked away but only a short walk from the sites. Easy to get to via water bus from the airport. Get off at Sant Angelo and it’s a five minute stroll to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and it was an easy check-in. Lovely room and bathroom, all looked recently updated. We stayed in a standard room which isn’t huge but was just right for a short stay. Bed was comfy, you can control the aircon for the room with a switch at the back of the wardrobe. Great breakfast - don't understand the negative comments about this as there was lots of choice! Nice bar/restaurant opposite and another good restaurant literally round the corner next to the opera house. We’ll definitely stay here again!
