Outstanding Customer Service
08 Jun 2026
Although I was unable to stay at the hotel due to a booking mistake on my part, I would like to thank the owner for her outstanding assistance. After I accidentally booked the wrong destination, she was extremely understanding, accepted the cancellation without fees, and actively helped me resolve the issue with the booking provider. Throughout the process, she was responsive, professional, and genuinely willing to help.Excellent customer service and kindness. Based on my experience dealing with the owner, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.Thank you again for all your support. Amazing staff ! Super clean rooms ! Excellent pool for families!
06 Jun 2023
The rooms and buffet were normal for 3stars(we just had breakfast ) but the staff was amazing. We have two kids 3 and 8 and the pool was perfect a nice splash area for the little one were she could stand and a deeper part where the older could properly swim. Close enough but far enough away from the beach. We still managed to bring sand back even though we showered at the beach but it magically disappeared each morning after our rooms were cleaned while we were at breakfast. The staff were so kind and nice to our kids even though at times I thought they were behaving less than angelic. I can’t wait to come back.
