    A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

    I stayed with my family at the Alemagna hotel in Bibione, and it was a very nice experience, especially due to the kindness of Mr. Antonio, who I believe was the manager of the hotel. A noteworthy feature of the property is that it is completely surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful pine forest in front where one can enjoy pleasant walks; the room assigned to us was very comfortable and had a very cozy bed. The breakfast was very abundant and varied, both sweet and savory, and included fruit as well. The property also offers a bike rental service at 1 euro per hour, which is very positive given that the town has numerous bike paths along the sea. Their beach is well-maintained and, above all, very large. Another feature I appreciated about the property is that it is pet-friendly and accepts animals of all sizes in all common areas. The reception staff is very kind and friendly. We would have liked to eat on-site, but they compensated with a discount voucher to be redeemed at nearby partner restaurants. They also have a very nice pool; one thing I would suggest, especially during this slightly chilly period, is to heat it, but we were still able to enjoy it fully. One last thing that might be somewhat inconvenient is that the property is slightly outside the center, precisely in Lido del Sole, and it takes about forty minutes to walk to the center, but there is a convenient urban bus service that will take you directly to the heart of Bibione in no time. However, for a future vacation in Bibione, the choice will definitely fall on this property. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and see you next time.Aldo and Antonella.     Personal unfreundlich, Zimmer winzig, dunkel und miserabel geschnitten. Betten direkt an der Tür, Türen knallen laut zu – an Ausschlafen ist nicht zu denken.Nur eine Zimmerkarte für zwei Personen und für eine zweite musste extra gezahlt werden. Völlig kundenunfreundlich und in einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel schlicht inakzeptabel.Das Einzige, was positiv war: sauberes Zimmer und die sehr nette Reinigungskraft Frau Olga.Fazit: Klein, laut, dunkel, unfreundlich – und als Vier-Sterne-Hotel eine Farce. Nie wieder.⸻Rude staff, tiny rooms, dark and badly arranged. Beds directly next to the door, doors slamming loudly – impossible to sleep until late.Only one room card for two people and to get a second we had to pay extra. Totally uncustomer-oriented and unacceptable behavior for a four-star hotel.The only positive note: clean room and Mrs. Olga cleaning, very kind.Conclusion: Small, noisy, dark, rude – and as a four-star hotel, a farce.     Comfortable beds, great breakfast - i like meat and eggs so i got plenty of those every morning, but there are also fruits, yogurt, vegetables, there are coffee machines so you can make different coffee for each day if you like, good location close to the sea. Staff was kind and helpful. Air conditioning was working perfectly.     Clean and very calm hotel located near beach (300m) and market (if u nead), food is great , service also. Pool is clean, with enough number of sunbeds. The beach service is included.     Amazing staff ! Super clean rooms ! Excellent pool for families!

    The rooms and buffet were normal for 3stars(we just had breakfast ) but the staff was amazing. We have two kids 3 and 8 and the pool was perfect a nice splash area for the little one were she could stand and a deeper part where the older could properly swim. Close enough but far enough away from the beach. We still managed to bring sand back even though we showered at the beach but it magically disappeared each morning after our rooms were cleaned while we were at breakfast. The staff were so kind and nice to our kids even though at times I thought they were behaving less than angelic. I can’t wait to come back.
