  Exceptional hospitality – truly above and beyondWe travel a lot and have stayed at many five-star hotels, but the level of hospitality we experienced here was genuinely exceptional.From the moment we arrived, everyone at the reception was incredibly warm, polite and helpful. Whenever we had even the smallest issue, the staff and reception manager were always willing to help and went far beyond what we could reasonably expect from a hotel.What happened on our last day really says everything about this place. My husband accidentally left his phone in a taxi on the way to the airport. When we contacted the hotel, the General Manager, Ms Monika, personally got into her car, collected the phone and brought it all the way to the airport for us. She did this simply because she wanted to help us and refused to accept anything in return.We have travelled extensively and stayed in many five-star hotels, and we have honestly never experienced anything like this. It was incredibly kind and completely above and beyond anything we could have expected.The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was absolutely spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. I honestly don’t understand complaints from guests about not being able to check in early. With this level of cleanliness and attention to detail, of course the rooms need time to be properly prepared — and we would much rather wait a little than compromise on cleanliness.What really makes this hotel special, though, is the people. Every time we needed something, the team went out of their way to help. They didn’t just do their job — they genuinely cared.A huge and heartfelt thank you to Ms Monika and the entire team for making our stay so special. Your kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on us.We have stayed in many wonderful hotels, but this is one we will remember for a very long time. This is what true hospitality looks like.   Excellent hotel, the staff are wonderful and great with children. We travelled as a family with our 5 and 2 year old. The children loved the pool and the beach and our family suite was just perfect. The glass covered pool was ideal on a rainy day. Husband enjoyed the gym facilities, and the spa was excellent. We both enjoyed a 25 minute facial and it was superb. I also managed to sneak in a yoga session which was great. We went half board and never got bored of the food. The breakfast choice was fantastic and there were plenty of high chairs for little ones if needed. Dinner was of a very high quality and standard every night, drinks are a little pricey but to be expected at a nice hotel. There is a small play park (not owned by the hotel) down by the beach which the kids made use of. There was also a large cupboard full of inflatables to use around the pool, so plenty to keep the kids entertained if you’re used to having a kids club/evening entertainment like us. Jesolo and lots of lively bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. We also did day trips to Venice, Murano, Burano, Verona & Lake Garda. All in all a fabulous holiday and we would definitely stay here again!   Beautiful hotel, perfect for families as well as couples. It’s modern, very clean and the staff are professional and lovely. It has its own beach area and a pool with the added extra of a covered part, which is out of the sun. Breakfast was great with plenty to suit everyone. The hotel is perfectly located near to many shops, bars and restaurants. We took restaurant recommendations from the hotel reception, they were all spot on, the food was absolutely delicious. Jesolo itself is impressively clean and smart. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely come back!   Wonderful stay!

  Gorgeous beach front hotel. This is the best hotel in jesolo and despite being on the busy strip, it is at the end and very quiet, away from the lively 15k long strip. We did B&B, the breakfast was lovely. All the staff were polite, friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough for you, special mention to Serguy (sp) on reception - he was great.The hotel is a very high standard and modern and is spotlessly clean. They have a great policy of not allowing reservation of sunbeds and will collect in towels if left longer than 2 hours.The beach is spotless with a huge private reserved section which is staffed all day with free sunbeds for all and parasols with safes built into the table which is a great touch.The hotels Spa is fabulous with every facility you could think of. There is no entertainment at night which sometimes isn’t a bad thing for a relaxing holiday, but if you want nightlife the strip is on your doorstep.Jesolo is a traditional Italian holiday resort and is wonderful. Longest beach I’ve ever seen and immaculate - no smoking on the beach, no litter, beach bars aplenty, safe and secure and family friendly with shops, bars, restaurants and gelatorias lining the strip. Venice is a stones throw away and so Jesolo makes an ideal base for a holiday with a beach and a beautiful city of history and culture in touching distance. We travelled twice to Venice by bus and ferry which was a great experience sailing into Venice - it was easy, extremely frequent and for a family of three cost around £60 return for a combined bus and ferry ticket - bargain!Thoroughly enjoyed our week away and would recommend to anyone.   Beautiful resort on a beautiful beach

  This was my fourth solo trip to Almar Jesolo all during the early days of July. I booked a lateral sea view hoping for an upgrade to a sea view room because of my iPrefer loyalty but one was not available on check in. This was a special occasion so I decided to splurge and do a paid upgrade to a suite. I was upgraded to a sundeck suite and it was probably the best decision I have ever made. Okay, way too much space for one person but I took full advantage of the deep soaking tub and the terrace, especially the hammock swing. The beach here is amazing and the pool is so nice and great for laps. I also can’t help but gush about the fantastic breakfast. It’s amazing to have poolside, even though I don’t normally eat breakfast on vacation. I had spa services once again and Marta who was my therapist both times was great. I did a complimentary Pilates session and I was the only one so it was a private session. Not sure why more people don’t take advantage. The fitness room is nice but again, very warm. Wish they could adjust the temperature which I understand is difficult because it’s all glass. Alberto at reception is a bit stoic but pragmatic and will get things done. I can appreciate that. It just seemed overall the service was a notch better than last year. Maybe I was just grumpy last year or they stepped it up a bit!I can’t wait for my stay next year!
