    Great hotel with an amazing location.

    Highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location in the Dorsoduro neighborhood near Ponte dell'Accademia and two art museums - the Peggy Guggenheim collection and Gallerie dell'Accademia. The hotel is also unique because it has its own boat stop which is extremely convenient if you want a quick way to get to and from the hotel and avoid dragging your luggage all over town. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is great for the price. Breakfast is filled with fresh food and good variety of hot, cold, sweet and savory items. There is also a daily happy hour with little treats. The hotel can also help schedule a tour of Murano island for you.

    The hotel was amazing! Great location. Beautiful room overlooking the canal. Attentive staff and delicious breakfast.     We had a lovely stay. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating! Room was a little small, we tried to fet one of the larger rooms when we booked, but they weren't available, so I would recommend looking at the size of the room when booking.     Dorsoduro dreams

    Lovely hotel in the more residential Dosoduro area of Venice. Very quiet section,especially at night.You are around the corner from the Peggy Guggenheim home/ museum. That should give you a sense of the area.We had a room with a small terrace and it was splendid to sit out there in the late afternoon and watch the gondolas go by or the groceries being delivered by boat.Pretty room, photos are reasonably accurate, helpful front desk, no real cocktail lounge..My only suggestion and caveat: the shower floor is slippery.     This hotel was excellent. Great location, close to Accademia bridge and Vaporetto station. Moderately priced with a few rooms for 4 people! I booked 3 other hotels before I found this gem! It was exactly what we were looking for! Complimentary breakfast (which was great), modern and large family rooms!
