  The 'palazzo' experience!

  This B&B is very well located as the alilaguna and vaporetto stops are quite close by. The major attractions are all within walking distance. We stayed in the library room which is gorgeous! The hosts Rosa and her husband are very warm and gracious. We had a late check in as we had an evening flight. We had informed them in advance and they were very kindly waiting when we reached. We had a lovely time and would love to stay here if we ever visit Venice again. We didn't mind the stairs to the apartment on the 3rd floor but if someone has mobility issues then this is not the place for them.

  This is a great place to stay for a few days in Venice. Very cozy and really Venetian. Palazzo with history is saturated with a Venetian spirit. Comfortable rooms, wonderful view from the window, convenient location, very hospitable hosts! It’s not like a normal hotel, it’s better - as if came to visit relatives. For example, one day was my mother's birthday, and Rosa (hotel owner) baked a real homemade cake for us! For breakfast, we recommend try homemade yogurt! This hotel is very conveniently close to the vaporetto stop (Ca’d’Oro) and not far from the lagoon - it’s convenient to get to airport or have a trip to Murano/Burano. Piazza San Marco - about 15 minutes, Ponte di Rialto-10 minutes walking. And very important detail - there is a special winch to pick up and drop the luggage, and not to drag the weight itself to the 4th floor!   Lovely home in the heart of Venice

  Enjoyed our short break in this beautiful historic building, wonderful room, service was excellent Within walking distance to historic landmarks.Lots of restaurants, bars close by. Would highly recommend.

  Well located a short walk from the Grand Canal and one of the main thoroughfares, At Home A Palazzo provides a great alternative to many of Venice's more traditional hotels. Situated on the top floor of a restored 14th century palazzo with far reaching views across the city it has a homely feel with only two guest rooms, yet with a size and layout which means that you never feel under the feet of the owners, a lovely Italian couple who looked after us brilliantly. The breakfasts were great with the home made yoghurt a highlight and the rooms were clean and well appointed, whilst retaining a homely style and feel. It is easy to get to from the airport with an alilaguna stop just a short walk away and is close enough to the major sites to be very walkable without suffering from the large crowds of tourists that can slightly blight some of the areas closer to major landmarks. We would highly recommend staying and would definitely stay again!

  We spend 2 beautiful nights at Home and we felt really at home.I never stayed in B&B before but we needed place for 3 at reasonable price . I am happy I booked beautiful Home at Palazzo. Its very clean,very quiet location. Everything you need just steps away . Its on 3rd floor so make sure you can carry your luggage without elevator . If I ever back to Venice I will go to Rosa for sure.
