Location

This hotel is located in Venice and lies on the central island of Lido, around 10 min by boat from St Mark’s Square. Lido is famous for it's famous beached and the casino, which lies around a 5 min walk away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1910. The hotel has 37 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

    Perfect Italian retreat on Lido

    If you are looking for 5 star modern luxury then this isn't the hotel for you, but if you are looking to step into a beautiful, old fashioned, welcoming, Italian Villa style hotel then this is perfect. It was for us. Perfectly located, a 5 minute walk from the bus stop (and maybe 10 from the beach), in a peaceful residential area, a stones throw from the main street and overlooking a small canal. The tranquility was the first thing that hit us, especially after a day in the madness of Venice. Our private balcony wrapped around the bedroom and offered beautiful views. The high ceilings and French doors made it cool. The bedroom was basic but spotless and cleaned beautifully each day. Breakfast was included - again, basic (buffet style), but included fresh breads, eggs, fruit, yoghurts (and more) lovely coffee. Would HIGHLY recommend.

    The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet, and clean. We were most pleased. The breakfast was a little bit poor but good. Not an inconvenient.Nice area and very closed to the boat stations. The reception personnel very nice and profesional.

    Best hotel in our holiday. We have a room with balcony and it was best choice. In the evening was nice to sit in balcony and take prosecco. Room was big. Breakfast was also good and staff who take care breakfast, was very friendly and attitude was helpfull. Hotel has good parking place and everything work what ever you need.Only thing what they can fi better is room cleaning because first thing I had to do was clean balcony table from tubacco ash. Still, I highly recommend this hotel and situation is perfect.     Wonderful weekend in Lido di Venezia

    My wife and I recently spent a wonderful weekend at Atlanta Augustus Hotel in Lido di Venezia. The location of the Hotel is perfect: very central, 10 minutes away from water transportation (vaporetto) and 5 minutes away from the beach. As for the room, we enjoyed an astonishing view of Lido and Venice at sunset (from our private terrace on the 4th floor). The sky was so clear that we could even distinguish the shape of Colli Euganei and the Alps. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable and the room was very clean. Hospitality was great, very warm and professional. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, a true gem for those who want to visit Lido and Venice.

    Nice cute hotel. Quite area. Near to the down town of the Lido island (2 minutes walk). Near the beach (10 minutes walk). Near the bus stations (5 minutes walk). Simple and delicious breakfast. comfort wide rooms.
