Worst hotel and devious staffWas not made aware of broken air conditioning at check inWe left after 3 hours as conditions were hot and unbearable They still charged us a nights stay even though it was their fault we left

Good hotel 20 miles to Venice

We stayed one night. The room was clean. WiFi did not work (technical problems). The breakfast was poor. I was member of one big group of fifty peoples. We always asked for more.... waiter, please could you bring jam because there is only five pieces of jam or could you bring more bread, please....Breakfast without butter, without cereales, without different type of juices without..... I did not believe, this is four stars hotel.

The welcome was warm and registering was simple. The room was large, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, efficient shower, ideal location with the train and bus stations nearby and easy access to the ferries. The breakfast was plentiful and with a wide variety.Would have liked a quiet lounge because the "bistro" area was noisy which included loud music.Yes, I would not hesitate using the hotel if visiting Venice again.
