    We stayed here with our family and had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.     had a wonderful stay at Ca’ Dei Polo. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a classic Venetian style. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring Venice. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. I would happily stay here again.

    No reception desk, check-in in other, distant hotel.

    Hotel was booked online. The listing and booking information did not indicate that check in is at the distant hotel, Hotel Canal on Main Canal. Upon arrival to the door with all the luggage, there was a note on the door bell to go to a different hotel, Hotel Canal, to check in. This hotel does not have reception desk, so everything has to be done at the desk a block away. Check-in, check-out or for everything else you may need or is wrong with the room you have to go to the other hotel. I did not have soap in the shower. I had to keep walking with all the baggage back and forth. Staff indicated the owner owns 3 hotels in the area and has only one reception desk at Hotel Canal. It is very frustrating being deceived like this, and forced dragging the baggage back and forth in 30 plus degrees heat. Room also did not have double beds but one was sofa bed.
