Location

The hotel is located on the Canal Grande, the main and most important waterway of Venice along which most of the city's majestic palazzos stand. Going through the Canal Grande towards St. Mark's, on the right bank and beyond the magnificent garden, one can make out the large windows, the white stone of Istria, the decor of the ancient Venetian palazzo, the hotel with its particular charm reminiscent of other times immersed in complete serenity with the sound of the waters that lap up against its walls with sweet and unique cadences.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 22 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a babysitting service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.     This hotel in Venice was wonderful. Friendly staff, great location, safe area, clean room, and very comfy slippers. Would stay here again and would recommend to any family or friends wanting to visit Venice.

    Great hotel! Highly recommend staying here. Staff was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, location was phenomenal. Close to the train station, a vaporetto stop, and close to many bar and restaurants.

    Ai Due Fanali – Great location, good value in Venice 🇮🇹Stayed here for one night after a work trip in Tuscany.The biggest advantage is the location — just a short walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station, making it very convenient, especially with luggage.Rooms are compact but clean and comfortable.The hotel is well positioned for exploring Venice on foot, with easy access to canals, bridges, and main sights.Didn’t try breakfast, as I spent most of the time outside exploring the city.Also this is a very good value for Venice.A practical and well-located option for a short stay.

    Wonderful hotel in a quiet corner of along the Grand Canal.

    Our stay at Ca’ Nigra was wonderful. It is a beautiful hotel in a charming villa along the Grand Canal. Sitting in the garden, watching the boat traffic, while drinking a Cappuccino or having a drink from the bar was a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours. It is very walkable to the St Marks sq or the Rialto Bridge. Some of our best times was just wandering through the neighborhoods. The staff is very helpful and made great dining suggestions during our stay.
