  Loved our stay here. The staff is incredibly helpful. Our baggage was delayed and the staff was tremendously helpful by calling the airline/airport for us and keeping in touch with us at all times. The location is really lovely, close to everything but not in the middle of tourist crowds. Our room was spotless and very spacious, and also uniquely Venice! Highly recommended.

  Had the most amazing time in Venice which in part was due to the excellent stay at this hotel. Cannot praise it highly enough. Beautiful building located in a quiet area of Venice but within minutes of all the local bars, restaurants and amenity shops, as well as the water bus stops on the grand canal. Had junior suite rooms in the hotel which were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very nice with quality produce. But the icing on the cake for us was the staff who were all exceptionally, friendly, warm, friendly and full of helpful information. Would we go to Venice again, probably, if we do go would we stay here again, absolutely.

  Awesome boutique hotel

  We stayed at this quaint place for three nights four days while in Venice. It had an excellent location, easily accessed from public water taxis. We took a private water taxi from the airport, which brought us almost right to the hotel door, which was awesome having lots of luggage. The hotel itself is very quaint and cute, staff are awesome and the breakfast was phenomenal. I would highly recommend.

  Lovely refurbished hotel

  The hotel (b and b) is a beautiful refurbishment in a quiet area of Venice but not far from The rialto. There are loads of local trattorias nearby. Breakfasts were good with a good choice and the female staff are all friendly and informative. However, there is no lift and the steep staircase to the upper floor could be challenging. We were on the first floor which was perfect. Don’t be fooled by 8 minutes from the station if you have luggage as that 8 minutes involves crossing one bridge with 40 steps up and another 40 down and 2 more bridges each with about 10 steps up and down. Accept a porter! We had a flight home at 10.20 and had no choice but to use a river taxi which was absolutely delightful but pricey. The room was beautiful. There was ample hanging space but no drawers just open shelves and I hate to have my underwear on show or kept in a suitcase!!
