    This hotel is in a quieter area but it’s a gem. Our room was a triple and very spacious for the three of us and views on the canal. Everything was immaculately cleaned and the room must have been recently renovated. Our daughter had privacy by a pocket door that divided the living room/salon from the bedroom. The hotel is easily accessible by three water bus stops from the train station! The front desk (thank you Tony and Francois!) were warm and welcoming, and helpful suggesting restaurants. We didn’t try breakfast but we peeked in and it looked like a good deal for 15 euros.

    Amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood

    My best friend & I spent 3 nights here in mid-October. The front desk staff was amazing: friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped us arrange private transfers from Marco Polo Airport and to our next accommodation. The canal view room was clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing view. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided. The view was amazing. The buffet breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. And coming back to the quiet comfort of the residential area of Cannaregio was a delight after the crowds and chaos of the Grand Canal. Close to the Tre Archi vaporetto station. An absolutely fantastic stay. The cost was extremely reasonable. All & all, we would happily come back.

    We just had an amazing stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms are gorgeous and clean. The included breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. We loved that it wasn’t in the middle of all the tourist landmarks because it was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay again!

    Great hotel! Great location! Nicely sized rooms with a spacious bathroom. Good sized windows bringing in plenty of natural light and maintaining privacy while over looking the hotels courtyard. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Easy walking distance to/from the train station. Water bus and taxis readily available out front. Strongly recommended!     Excellent experience. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Tony at the front desk was exceptionally polite and very accommodating.
