    I really hate having to write this review. This was my third time staying here, with my last visit being 3 years ago. Unfortunately, things have clearly changed for the worse.The breakfast is nowhere near the quality it used to be, and the room was dirty. Down at the bar, the two new staff members seem only interested in pushing low-quality items at incredibly high prices. To make matters worse, the front desk team doesn't seem to care about the guests at all; I asked to speak with the manager four times, and every single time he was "unavailable."Stop spamming people with messages asking for a review and start working on your quality instead! Unfortunately, after a thorough check of our system, we cannot find any record of a guest under your name staying with us recently, nor did we receive any internal alerts or four-time requests to speak with management.Whenever a guest encounters an issue with room cleanliness or service during their stay, our standard protocol is to step in instantly to offer an immediate solution, such as an alternative room setup or a room change. Because no such communication reached us during your stay, we were left without the opportunity to assist you in real-time.I would strictly welcome the opportunity to investigate what went so terribly wrong.     Carnival Palace is located in an ideal spot to enjoy the quiet side of the island. Our room was elegantly decorated with the most comfortable bed of the four other 4 star hotels we stayed in Italy this trip. Excellent booking communications. Our last night in Venice was magical thanks to the friendly staff. Restaurant recommendations were spot on, many happy smiles from breakfast brunch servers, and efficient bookings of private water taxi made it easy transport to and from Marco Polo airport.     Great location, modern and spacious

    The location is amazing, there is a waterbus stop that goes to the airport nearby. We didn't have to cross a single bridge with our luggages despite only using public transport. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. We had a canal view room which was amazing! The room was very spacious and they even gave us a free upgrade. The reception was incredibly helpful. We had a pleasant experience.
