    Perfect!

    rating17 Sept 2017

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here with a group from St Andrew's Cathedral, Glasgow. Our accommodation was spacious and very clean. The view from our balcony on the 4th floor was of the sea and the hotel's private beach, it was glorious! It was beautiful to watch the sunset and sunrise and to hear the waves. The beach was immaculately clean with access to seats and sun umbrellas for residents. We stayed half board and the meals served in the evening with water and wine were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful with a great choice to suit all tastes. The staff were second to none, they were so helpful, courteous and patient. Nothing was a bother to them. The church on site is lovely and it was great having the facility so close. Travel to Venice and Lido de Jesolo was straightforward with the bus stop right outside. However, I would have happily sat on the beautiful beach and amazing balcony all day long! A perfect location where we enjoyed a wonderful break.....loved it! Thank you to all the staff! An ideal location

This is a little gem located almost on a fantastic blue flag beach. The accommodation is first class with all bedrooms light and airy, air conditioning, immaculately clean and some with stunning sea views.Every single member of staff was welcoming, extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The quality of food served at all meal times was of the highest standard, the chefs are obviously highly experienced and our waiter and waitress were very attentive.Bus services to Lido and Venice were regular and reasonably priced. I am only too happy to recommend this hotel as a great place to stay and use as a centre for travelling to Venice and Padua or simply as a really great place to chill out. DavideTarantino, Direttore at Centro Vacanze Opera Nascimbeni, responded to this review Dear Tom, thank you, It was a pleasure for us to have you among our guest, we hope to see you again in 2018. Best regards,

    excellent beach facilities top cleanliness

    rating16 Aug 2017

What it really impressed us was the beach and beach facilities in fact despite the fact to be located in a very busy setting ( I am referring to Jesolo and surroundings) it was very quiet and secluded. The beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds where at breathable distance from each other hence the privacy and noise free environment was guaranteed. The cleanliness was impeccable within at the enterprise hence I will recommended this hotel. My restrains for top score are due to the mini club for kids that was lacking of professional caregivers so a pitfall, which could be poignant if you aim to get children, set at the club. DavideTarantino, Direttore at Centro Vacanze Opera Nascimbeni, responded to this review Gentilissima Ilaria C, grazie per le belle parole spese. Cordialmente,

    Right next to the beach

    rating04 Aug 2016

We were planning for a trip to Cavallino and wanted to stay close to camping Residence and we chose this place. We came early and registered at the reception before heading to the beach. The hotel has a private part of the beach where U can rent parasoll and sunbeds for €15 pr day. The room was OK. There is no TV in the room and no fridge. We missed a fridge to keep some cold drinks in it. The room was very clean otherwise and the maids made a great job keeping it clean. It wa quite special that there were nuns living on the premises but they were quite nice. The breakfast was quite bad. Most of it was products with lots of sugar in it. We chose to eat breakfast other places most days. The parking fee wa €3 pr day. All in all we were statistikk staying here, but the next time we will choose one of the nice camping places nearby to sleep. When you want Venice AND beach

    rating19 Jun 2016

I stayed here when I visited Venice. It is a bit out and getting there from the airport I would definitely recommend a bus, not a taxi.I want to comment on another review saying this is not family friendly. This place was family central. But think italian family. Couples stayed here with kids and also the grandparents. I thought it was cute. And there was activity quite late in the recreation room where there was a TV on and with kids playing in one corner. The nuns didn't mind one bit. And yes there are nuns because of the nearby church. I don't speak italian but we said hello each time we passed eachother and that was that.Yes wifi should definitely be extended. I don't care that there is no TV in the rooms. I didn't hear much of the outside from my room except the automatic blinds outside the window which make a loud noise when they are pulled up or are lowered. But the main advantage of this place is you get both the city of Venice relatively nearby AND the beach. They have beach access right from the property.Tip: to get from this place to Venice using public transportation use the nr 5 bus from right outside the property going west to P. Sabbioni and then the ferry to San Marco in Venice. It takes about 40-45 minutes or so in total.
