    i did not like this hotel.Owner so rude and racist. Before i go there i try to reach hotel but they did not give answer. Rooms are dirty.When i ask something owener dont give answer very well. So i do not advice this hotel to any one.Espcialy owener so bad person

    Great location, clean and efficient. Very nice breakfast. Everything within walking distance. Surrounded by lovely restaurants. Maximum two hours to airport Marco Polo with water taxi. Friendly staff and top service.

    Small dusty rooms, the interior is made nice in venetian style, but it could be cleaned better.Reception unoccupied during the day, therefore you will find locked doors at arrival.Breakfast is served late as a rule after speaking with other guests. The time of breakfast is supposed to be from 8-10.30. Do not expect it before 8.30.Lady responsible at reception which is only there in the morning is extremely rude.

    Stayed here for four nights, room was clean and tidy but starting to look tired. the instructions for the safe were worn out so could not be read, asked reception and they could not work it out either therefore did not have use of safe. The main shower head did not stay up and the opening to the cubicle was very small.Could not thought the staff and the breakfast was very good. Location was ideal for getting to the main visiting points in Venice.
