    It's a terrible, ancient place with awful decor and nothing to recommend it. The staff are nice but they don't have a chance in a building this old and badly designed. Would not say it's seen a lick of paint in 100 years. Absolutely awful. Even the breakfast water is warm.

    My wife Helen, left her wedding ring in our hotel room and didn’t notice it was missing until we were on the plane home. She called the hotel and Helena from reception emailed back very quickly that she’d found it - just as the plane started taxiing. After some back and forth with officialdom, Helena established that the only way to send the ring back to UK was by courier. This was organized and she is now waiting for it to be delivered. We want to express our utmost thanks to Helena, Alessio and any of the other staff who assisted in getting her wedding ring back to her. Their service has been outstanding and goes above and beyond what is expected. Again our greatest thanks to all who helped.Also the hotel is clean and comfortable and was very convenient for the Vaporettos to Venice. A great breakfast is included.

    Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is potlessly clean. It is also is a short walk to bars and restaurants aswell as a lovely beach. Perfect place to unwind after Venice

    We have just stayed at the Cristallo, 3 girls on a trip. Was very pleasantly surprised. Great location. Nice and clean. Absolutely lovely, helpful staff. For the price we paid I was not expecting much at all, but it was well worth the price.It’s nothing fancy, just basic, but can’t fault it al all and would stay again
