Quiet Venice hotel with great service

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dei Dragomanni at the end of September. We loved the location, on a quiet alley close to the Grand Canal but a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We liked the close proximity to Dorsodouro and the easy walk to Castello neighborhoods. These felt like a more local view of Venice. The room itself was on the smaller side (typical of Europe) but had a clear view of the canal. The room itself was very comfortable and bath products provided were high quality. The service at the hotel was excellent. Alex, Tomas and the bellman were all very responsive and informative. They arranged water taxi transport for us which went smoothly. We also took advantage of the Murano glass tour which we enjoyed. We didn't take the hotel breakfast or try the bar just because there are so many places close by. I recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

Wonderful hotel, spacious and very pleasant room, well-located next to a private water taxi dock. Very attentive service and an impeccable breakfast. I will certainly stay here again.

I didn’t stay in the hotel, but they assisted and helped me arrange a private water taxi for an early morning departure.I was worried as they wanted cash, but it was 100% genuine and Tomas,Marco & Alexander were amazing.The hotel gave me the unique taxi number, which arrived on time (10 minutes early) and took us direct to the airport.Took all the stress and worry awayThank you

Beautiful Central Hotel - A Gem!

Central hotel, easy walking distance everywhere. Lovely modern decor, rooms are light and airy with huge windows and high ceilings. Staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful at all times. Great fresh breakfast buffet with everything you could wish for. Highly recommend! Professional attentive service. Sweet boutique hotel. Room 25 has a terrace and lovely view of the Grand Canal. Room 19 was had character and charm. Breakfast was reasonable. Daily cleaning and a turn-down service.
