This hotel lies in an excellent strategic position both for guests arriving on business and holidaymakers wishing to explore Venice. Only a few minutes by car or with public transport to the wonderful city.

Facility

The hotel has 20 junior suites, 30 apartments, 6 single rooms and 42 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms, 85 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

It offers a quieter, more affordable base while still being incredibly well connected to Venice’s historic centre. With lots of regeneration going on too, this could be an option for you.A Stylish, Affordable Hotel Near VeniceElite Hotel Residence strikes that sweet spot between affordable luxury accommodation in Venice and practical comfort. The design is modern, clean, and welcoming which is ideal if you want a 4-star hotel in Mestre that feels relaxed but still polished.Check-in was a little busy (typical peak time), and I had a brief moment of panic when I couldn’t find my booking confirmation. But the staff handled it quickly and within minutes, we were settled into our stay.Location: One of the Best Places to Stay Near VeniceIf you’re researching where to stay near Venice on a budget, this location is a gem.Mestre is just a 15-minute tram ride into Venice, with tickets costing around €1.50. It’s one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to visit Venice without staying directly in the busy tourist centre.This made it perfect for us, with full days exploring Venice, then returning to a quieter, more peaceful area in the evening.Top Floor Apartment with Balcony: A Hidden GemWe stayed in a top floor 1-bed apartment in Mestre with a private balcony, and it completely elevated the experience.     Nice, clean hotel. Our room was a bit tight for two people but bed was comfortable. Have to give big kudos to the front desk woman, Camilla, she was amazing helping us phone and change a flight reservation and navigating the exemption process for the Venice tourist tax. She made our day!!!

    Booked two twin rooms as part of an Easyjet package. I think the place has undergone refurbishment because the pics don't look like it is now. Please update your pictures. You have a beautiful hotel. Our only niggles are there needs to be more labelling in restaurant, like chocolate in the muesli and instructions on how to use the coffee machines. We didn't have evening food or use the spa facilities as we were out all day exploring. The tram stop is at the back of the hotel down the cycle path. At the end of the night we'd come back and have a drink in the bar which was nice. 6euros for a glass of white wine, is cheaper than back home. If we went back to Venice we'd stay here again defo.

    Lovely stay. Close to the tram stop which takes you into the city centre. Cleaners did a really good job and came back to a perfectly clean room everyday. The only thing that wasn’t great was the pool was not included in the price and the water was really cold and no jacuzzi. We loved that there was drinks available 24 hours in the reception area. All round great trip
