This hotel is really lovely and modern. The first thing I noticed was a wonderful boutique smell in the foyer. The room was stylish, large and a very big comfortable bed. We stayed on the 5th floor facing the road. There was no noise, the hotel is absolutely stunning so I have no idea what others complained about.The breakfast has lots of choices. We dined the first night at the restaurant, shared a pizza and a few beers €36 which was very affordable in Venice which is expensive.The location is perfect, we were a 5 minute walk from the tram stop and then 15 mins to get onto Venice island I would stay here again and you got a lot more for your money than staying in Venice itself

The location of the hotel was satisfactory and around 25 mins drive from Marco Polo airport. Going into Venice meant catching the T1 tram but it wasn’t a big hassle as you can reach the tram stop with a 5 minute walk. The tram can get busy so most times we were standing before arriving at Piazza Roma. The room was ok but a bit tired and we had problems with ants in the kitchen and bedroom areas which was unusual as we were in a room in a higher floor of the hotel. Breakfast was varied with pastries, ham, cheese and scrambled egg and bacon on offer though one day the food heater wasn’t on sufficiently and the food was cold. The coffee was great from the Nespresso machine and there was a juice machine available. The staff seemed to wait until a particular product was totally out of stock before replenishing it but I guess that was to prevent food waste. We didn’t use the spa facilities or restaurant for evening meal so can’t comment on that.

The service of this hotel was terrible.They did not have enough rooms for our group and did not do anything to sort it.The attention is poor and I only wish nobody else faces the same problem with them.Avoid it at all cost!!

????? (1/5)I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a spa and swimming pool. After driving nearly 1,200 km with my family, relaxing at the spa was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that we could not use the spa. At first, we were told it was fully booked. Later, we were given a different explanation—that it was because we had small children. If there are restrictions on who can use the spa or when it is available, this should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation. Guests should not pay for facilities they are not allowed to use.The service at reception was also disappointing. When I asked if I could charge a few bottles of water to my room and pay at check-out the next morning, I was told that I had to leave my physical credit card at the reception. I have never experienced this at any hotel before and did not feel comfortable doing so.The hotel itself is nice, but I did not receive the experience I paid for. If the spa and pool are important to you, I strongly recommend confirming in writing that you will actually be able to use them before booking.
