On one morning we found rodent droppings in one of our beds. We reported it to the reception and housekeeper changed linen. Reception clerk promise to inform a manager and solve the problem. We have not been contacted during our stay, at the last day we raised the issue again and been offered free use of minibar and also bar consumption was on the house. However, the duty manager(Eric) forgot to mention that bar is closed.Then we asked for any gesture of goodwill, however nothing happened. Really disappointing experience.

Beautiful hotel!

This is an absolutely lovely hotel. The rooms were crisp and clean and the staff was amazing. It is also incredibly well situated to get anywhere in Venice. Eric at the front desk answered many questions and had great recommendations for ways to get around, places to eat, etc. I highly recommend this hotel whether traveling, solo, with family, or with friends.

Had a triple wool which was huge. Could have easily slept five even though fire codes are strict and we were only three. Happy having a fridge, roomy bathroom. Extra points for the black out curtains. The only cons were the very long walk from the train station. It’s the hotel I think farthest out in Canareggio and do not recommend walking in summer heat with luggage. The biggest hurdle was that a lone adult female arrived with two elementary school aged kids. Empty lobby. Two guys working the desk. Give us a room two floors up and don’t offer to help with the bags. For that reason alone I won’t be back.

The Eurostars Residenza Venice is in a fantastic location and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was also good, providing a tasty start to the day. It’s worth noting that the rooms are on the smaller side. Also, accessing the hotel with luggage is only by water taxi – which can be quite costly.Despite this expense, the brilliant location and service more than made up for it!

This is the nicest room we have enjoyed on this trip. They provide laundry service. We arrived before check in. Eurostar stored our luggage and placed it in our room. Our room had a loft for my husband and I and a pull out couch downstairs for our son. We enjoyed a late lunch at Oficina Ormesini that was suggested by the hotel. The food was delicious. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We opened the windows to enjoy a rain storm. This is a mistake. The mosquitos ate on us for two nights. We tried to bring food and sit in the courtyard outside and were eaten by the mosquitos. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Venice.
