    We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre. The hotel is conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and the food was delicious.What really stood out was the staff. Everyone at the front desk was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, especially with recommendations and advice on getting around Venice and the surrounding area.A special shout-out to Anneta, Luca on the night shift, Luka in the morning, and Giacomo in the restaurant.     We stayed 2 nights at this impeccable hotel. The reason I am writing this review has a name: Théresa and her incredible team at the breakfast. We had a 70 person group and one of our girls was celebrating her birthday. Théresa arranged for all her team to surprise the girl with a celebration. In came her team singing happy birthday with a small decorated dessert and lit candle showing her Italian traditions like asking for a wish and breaking the candle. Details that you never forget and make you come back next year. Sheraton hospitality at its best!
