We decided to stay in this hotel as didnt want to pay the money to stay in cenral Venice. We expected to have a 20 minuet walk every day to the train station to get into Venice however had a nice surprise to find the tram stop just out the back gate of teh hotel that takes you straight in to Venice it takes about 15 minutes.The hotel was lovely good size rooms, modern interior and a sufficient breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a sister hotel 5 minutes away and you can use their pool and health spa for 20 euros each. Hotel is very clean and in my opinion great value.

This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but I have stayed in far better 3-star places.?The first room we were assigned was absolutely filthy, and the second room—given to us after complaining—wasn't much better. On our second day, there was no hot water for a shower. The receptionist promised to let us know when it was back on, but never followed up.?The maintenance throughout the room is appalling. The furniture is chipped, there are dirty marks running down the bedroom walls, and the bathroom features cracked tiles, mould, and grimy, rusted plumbing fixtures.?Furthermore, the room description listed a bath, but there was only a shower. The advertised 'mini-bar' turned out to just be a shared fridge downstairs next to reception, and the 'American bar' was only open during breakfast.?I cannot recommend this hotel as a 4-star establishment, and I will definitely not be returning.

The location is good but away from Venice, the breakfast was small but very good and the coffee machine was excellent. The bathroom and room are a little dark and dated but the beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. Great value for the rooms and the transport links are convenient to go into the centre or for the airport.

A perfect 2 night stay before we went on our cruise. The tram stop is around the corner to take you to Venice. Location great for the Mestre area. Closer to the airport and Cruise port than staying in Venezia.Hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast isn’t amazing but still with having for the coffee and croissants. We will stay again.
