This hostel/youth hostel is located in Venice, right on the beach.

    Messy Showers and Toilets were smelly. Locations was great and easily accessible from the Vaporetto. Rude Barista didn’t want to serve us in cups but only on paper cups.

    Great place to stay in Venice. Vaporetto stop really close, the rooms are comfortable and the lobby is an amazing place to hang out or do some work. The terrace is an awesome feature too. Overall a memorable stay, made exploring Venice comfortable.

    The room was warm but they allow us to turn on the air conditioning just in summer time! One toilet for 8 people in the room! The bed is confortable and is a good location.

    Very Dirty Common áreas and unfriendly reception. 2/10 PointsIf you came 10 minutes Late Breakfast and in bar at Night They don’t serve you Any Drinks or Food. The only good is a calm area out the street and vaporetto Station just 500 m away.Some years ago This Hostel chain was good, but it changed so much.     What a nice hostel!

    The common area at this hostel is where Generator Hostel really shines. If you want to recharge in the middle of the day, or have a nice time with friends or solo, it's a great place with fun decor, lots of seating and a nice little bar. Several couches and comfy chairs with coffee tables, some high stools around tall tables, as well as standard tables with chairs. I saw some people working on their computers, and if I had brought my computer, I would have loved to work in this area.As with any hostel where you are sleeping in the same room as a bunch of other people you don't know, it's a roll of the dice as to whether there will be someone snoring. Which has nothing to do with the hostel itself. I stayed two nights and both nights, I got such excellent sleep that I only needed about 5-6 hours to feel energized and ready to explore Venice. Even though on the first night, there was one or two people snoring in the room. Other than that, it was a respectful environment where everyone understood the assignment: keep to yourself and let everyone get their rest.
