    No faults, definitely recommend

    I have no faults to say about this hotel, the location was excellent. Nearby all the main attractions & plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast was delicious & plenty of choices for all. The rooms were clean & comfortable, air con was great. There is no reception services however easy contact with staff via WhatsApp. Definitely recommend!

    We had a wonderful stay in Venice snd this room. It was small but lovely. Be sure to have working gps when navigating in Venice. There are so many small (and lovely) allies there and finding a certain place might be a struggle. You need a code to get in to the front door, than another to get the key to the room. It was kind od spooky that the only time you meet the staff is when breakfast is being delivered to the room. Breakfast was perfect for sweet tooth. I would have wanted some cheese to be included. Anyway, a lot of things worked well: the heating (not always good in Italy) and the water pressure (we are used to having it pretty good!), bed was cosy, location was perfect. We enjoied our stay very much!!

    Feel slightly ripped off with the room being nearly 200 euros a night and it being tiny. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling, the hairdryer had electrical wires hanging out of it and one of the lamps also had the problem with the electrical wires. The only member of staff we saw was the lovely lady who brought our breakfast to the room. It is a very good breakfast for Italy.

    So central. Breakfast served to rooms. Code to enter. Easy to what’s app owners. Reply’s quickly. Would recommend. What’s for water taxis 1 minute away. Helped arrange transportation to airport or elsewhere too. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms.

    room cancelled by the hotel but still available with doubled price

    My reservation of GKK Exclusive Private Suites Venezia made 2 months ago was cancelled by the hotel without prior communication just 2 weeks before an international travel. When I checked the hotel website, the room was still available but with doubled price for the same stay. This hotel seems very inconsiderate of the travelers who would want to stay at their hotel.
