    Great hotel in convenient location. If small bags, walkable from the terminal. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Daniel, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in every way - helped us sign up for esim, gave us directions to local eateries and sites. He speaks and understands English very well, which was very good for us.     What a wonderful place and staff! Our original VRBO had a broken air conditioner and was sweltering. After a miserable night I called Hotel Ai Reali SLH and spoke with Sergio at the front desk. For the same price as our VRBO refund we enjoyed a beautiful classic room with cool A/C and a wonderful bathroom and shower. To top it off, the staff sent up a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. They truly impressed us and turned our vacation around. Enjoy this beautiful property and its ideal location!     Exceptional Hotel in great position - can't wait to go back!

    Positioning was excellent for us just 4 minutes from Rialto and less than 10 to San Marco but still in a very quiet location next to a small canal and lots of good restaurants and bars as well as shops a perfect blend. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated as befitting a 'Small Hotels of the World' luxurious but never over the top. Our room was spacious and very well appointed overlooking the canal and also had a beautiful marble bathroom with superb shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The staff were all superb, efficient and very knowledgeable about good local restaurants so that we could avoid the tourist traps and seek out good quality and value.
