    Great Location, But Comfort and Service Fell Short

    The hotel is in a great location, and despite being in a busy square, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not live up to expectations.The restroom was extremely small, with almost no sink space for toiletries. The shower door is positioned so close to the sink that entering the shower would be difficult for a larger person. The “boutique” concept felt more like an excuse to offer fewer amenities rather than a thoughtfully designed experience.The elevator was incredibly slow and very small, especially for guests traveling with luggage. At one point, I genuinely thought I was stuck inside it. No baggage assistance was offered, which is especially inconvenient since the hotel is located in a square where cars are not allowed nearby, making luggage transport difficult.The staff experience was disappointing as well. Housekeeping staff would often push ahead first in hallways and staircases instead of allowing guests to pass, and the front desk staff rarely acknowledged guests with a simple “good morning” or “good evening” when returning to the hotel.The bed was as hard as a rock, the pillows were completely flat, and I woke up with neck pain because of it.Overall, while the location and quiet atmosphere were positives, the lack of comfort, service, and practicality made the stay disappointing.

    Great breakfast and spacious room, but limited view

    Dear Vivit Prestige Hotel Team,Thank you for your hospitality during our stay.The breakfast was excellent in both quality and variety. We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness and equipment of the room, and its size deserves a special mention — it was surprisingly spacious, which is especially valuable when travelling with family.The only negative aspect was the view from the room. Unfortunately, all windows faced either a wall or what appeared to be a service entrance or internal courtyard, so despite the hotel being located in a very beautiful and lively pedestrian area, none of that atmosphere could be enjoyed from the room.Additionally, we were not able to set the fan coil/air conditioning system to cooling mode, so during the surprisingly warm weather at the end of May, the room became somewhat too warm. I should add that we did not contact the staff about this, so there may have been a simple solution available.Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciate the work of your staff.Best regards,Péter Agócs

    For me, this is one of the best, clean, well-equipped and quiet hotels I have ever been to. I would start and end any vacation at the Vivit Hotel. I have only words of praise for the hotel staff. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Parking is easy and safe. I will return with great pleasure.
