    I DON’T RECOMMEND!I suppoused to check in today but because of the weather the flight was canceled. I talk with the hotel stuff and they don’t want to do a refund or change the dates or anything else. They don’t want to negociate even this flight situation didn’t depend on us. So, don’t pay before you arrive there or better, choose another respectable hotel who understand this kind of situations.I was at Alle Torri hotel two times, in 2010 and 2012 and belive me that the same bed sheets, furniture, etc are exactly like 13 years ago. Samuele z, Direttore generale at Hotel Alle Torri, responded to this review Good Morning, As already explained you have a not refundable rate reservation done and paid on booking.com.We receive payments by booking.com with which we have a contract so its not correct what you wrote.You canceled the reservation on the same date of your arrival in a fully booked period.Its normal that cancellation is not free of charge.To avoid flights problems we reccomend to take insurances.Please remove this review.Differently as already explained we have to contact authorities sending them all threats messages you sent to us.Best regards

    Disappointing!

    We arrived at the hotel and the A/C was on and then it went off and never kicked back on. No controls in the room and got hot very fast! The bed was HARD and crunched when sat on. We didn't sleep much. Hotel is very old and outdated.

    Hotel is in need of some TLC:-Dirty grouting on the bathroom tiles, broken towel rail, bare bulbs above the sink, holes in the wall where curtain tiebacks were missing, curtain not clipped onto the rail correctly, only one chair in our double room but there were two in others.Breakfast was between 7 & 10 and if you arrived at around 9 there was little choice, as it was not restocked. It appeared that there was an allocation per day and once it was gone that was it.Staff were friendly and basically helpful.Would we go there again? No.

    We searched for a hotel to stay near Venice and this was the best we could find on a nice budget. The hotel looks very old, the furniture needs remodeling, and to get to Venice, its a long bus ride, cheap but long. It had a good breakfast and the room was clean, but very small and uncomfortable; even thought the room was in the attic which had a tall ceiling. Free parking on premises and the staff was nice. Overall it was ok, but the price wasn't that good for what it is. If you can't find anything else, its okay. We booked through hotels.com and this hotel was the only one that didn't accept the payment though the page which is super odd from a hotel in the times we are living. We had to give out our credit card information through the phone which is not secure at all.

    Great hotel! The staff are lovely and really helpful giving advice on how to get to Venice island and other local attractions; nothing is too much trouble for the staff. There is a bus stop right outside and it’s a 15-minute bus ride, the reception desk even sells the bus tickets!The breakfast was lovely and the room was really nice; comfortable, clean with great facilities.I would love to go back and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
