Location

The hotel is located on Strada Nuova, a 5-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station on the route that goes from Piazzale Roma to the Rialto area. The establishment is an original Venetian house. It is located in one of Venice's lively and characteristic areas, surrounded by open-air markets, wine bars, restaurants and shops.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 3 junior suites, 2 apartments and 7 double rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom.     Great location for restaurants. 25 minute walk from central Venice attractions but walk is nice. Very lovely quaint hotel. Nice patios on room floors to sit outside. Walkable from train station but can be a challenge if you have heavy bags. Would stay again.

    The hotel was in a perfect location. Right next to shops and bars in the Canareggio district. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the the Guglie Bridge stop for the Vaporetto from the airport Check-in was smooth and our room was ready when we arrived around 1 o'clock which was fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed everywhere was clean. We were welcomed the following morning and the staff could not have been more helpful.The Vaporetto to Murano & Burano is a 15 minute walk away and there are several places to grab a drink & watch the boats. St Marks Square is a 25 minute mander through streets with shops, restaurants and bars. There is always something to see.There is also a luggage storage service, which is great as our flight, was 9:15 in the evening which meant that we could spend the day sightseeing without worrying about dragging luggage around with us. The guest bathroom was a welcome rest stop before travelling home. Thank you Locanda Casa Martini for a perfect stay.

    We loved Casa Martini! The room was very clean, charming with plenty of space. And the shower was the best we had during our stay in Italy. The location couldn’t be better - close to the train and bus stations & nestled in a charming neighborhood. In addition, the hotel staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

    This was our first trip to Venice, and we could not have picked a better hotel! It was very convenient to everything. Restaurants, shops and the Grand Canal. We took a private boat from the airport, and they dropped us off within a 2-minute walk to the hotel. It was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing! They were friendly, helpful and attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was amazing! Plenty of fresh quality food!I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in Venice. If we return to Venice, we will definitely stay there again!     Location of this hotel was 10 mins from central station. Perfect location. The main entrance is situated down a little ally next to a restaurant. Code to enter with automatic opening and closing. Once inside its a step back in history beautiful venetian style. There is a lot of stairs because of its age so no lift but that didn't matter to us. The host at reception is there daily till 4.30 approx very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Very quiet and slept well with air conditioning .Breakfast was continental or egg and bacon served with a coffee of your choice and orange juice all served on the balcony.Our breakfast server was very friendly too.There was an option to leave your bags on the day of departure if you wanted to do some more sightseeing.All in All a really pleasant stay with friendly staff, hope to see you again soon.
