As an avid world traveler and have visited Italy four different times I would say I have never been mistreated and disrespected as a customer in my life. This property does not act as a Hotel, they do not have a 24 hour desk or even man it accordingly. They’re very off hands and not helpful at all. I went through a third-party company as most people do and I never received the check-in instructions clearly even from the property or the third-party agency. When I did make contact with the property personnel on check in day they were very rude and condescending instead of just being helpful after all for the amount of money I paid, It’s the least they could’ve done. The personnel at property are very rude, ignorant, and totally disrespectful. Keep in mind as a 15th century historical Venician town you should do better!! Beds are hard, uncomfortable and very basic. Lastly, From the looks of it your lifestyle is reliant on tourism So I would highly suggest that you treat your customers much better in the future! Good luck!

A Fantastic Stay in Venice – Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Martini in a family room (one double bed and two singles). The room itself was spacious, nicely furnished, and featured lovely wooden ceiling beams that added a nice, authentic Venetian charm.The location is absolutely perfect—only a 6-minute flat walk from the train station, and best of all, there was only one bridge to cross! This was a massive plus since we were traveling with heavy suitcases. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.Just a quick heads-up for future travelers: there is no lift in the property, so definitely pack lightly or bring your A-game for lifting luggage up the stairs!Overall, it was a great stay at a very reasonable price. We would absolutely stay here again!

A wonderful night’s stay in Venice

Conveniently located a short walk from the train station. To find the entrance, it’s in an alley off the main street, very safe and secure. We had a wonderful night’s stay, very clean and quiet. Alberto at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful with answering any questions we had about Venice. Our breakfast the next morning on the veranda was the perfect setting for a delicious way to start our day. We highly recommend Casa Martini!

Great location for restaurants. 25 minute walk from central Venice attractions but walk is nice. Very lovely quaint hotel. Nice patios on room floors to sit outside. Walkable from train station but can be a challenge if you have heavy bags. Would stay again.

A great place to stay for a break in Venice.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Right next to shops and bars in the Canareggio district. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the the Guglie Bridge stop for the Vaporetto from the airport Check-in was smooth and our room was ready when we arrived around 1 o'clock which was fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed everywhere was clean. We were welcomed the following morning and the staff could not have been more helpful.The Vaporetto to Murano & Burano is a 15 minute walk away and there are several places to grab a drink & watch the boats. St Marks Square is a 25 minute mander through streets with shops, restaurants and bars. There is always something to see.There is also a luggage storage service, which is great as our flight, was 9:15 in the evening which meant that we could spend the day sightseeing without worrying about dragging luggage around with us. The guest bathroom was a welcome rest stop before travelling home. Thank you Locanda Casa Martini for a perfect stay.
