A good hotel, good location, friendly staff.

    rating27 Sept 2024

Had a lovely time. We had a nice sea view room. Food was good. Staff very friendly, especially Anastasia. Good location backing on to the sea. We went in the last week of September when the resort is quiet. I believe you have to pay to use sunbeds even round the pool in high season.

A place to come back to

This was my third time to stay at this hotel in recent years. It is on the beach via a gate from their pool area and maybe a 2 minute stroll to the main shopping street. With only 5 floors for bedrooms it is suitable for most families. It is very clean and friendly. The restaurant is one of the best holiday restaurants I’ve been in in 50 years visiting Italy. A barbecue and pasta chefs are in attendance alongside an extensive buffet. The wine list is adequate with good wines coexisting with table wines.Breakfast is served close to the pool on an outside seated area and has everything you could want to start the day. And then to the pool where pool side beds and umbrellas are available at a modest cost. All in all, this an hotel to which I look forward to return soon

Avoid like COVIDMain issue breakfastOr lack of it ,nothing available most mornings, except eggs ,so when you speak to them they then take the Micky ,by being so helpful next morning everything you require and should of have anyway, then the following morning back to the same, nothing available so why advertise something that doesn't happen ,out of 7 breakfast only 2 lived up to what should of been the normal. This place is a total jokeJet 2 you need to sort this out

    No Atmosphere

After a bad start to our holiday as our flight was delayed for 2 hours the taxi we had booked and paid for wasn't at the airport to pick us up , do not use Gettransfer.com as their policy is if your flight is delayed then order another taxi at your own expense and we were not refunded any money we had paid.We were allocated room 128 which is the worst room we have ever stayed in as it is very small and there isn't a balcony door just a window very high up it was like a dungeon and we had to have lights on during the day. On speaking to other guests if you want to change your room there is a 400 euros charge so we didn't bother asking. We stayed 21st to 28th September and everywhere outside is closing down would nor recommend going at this time of year.We had buffet service for the first 3 nights and then had to choose from a poor menu , on our last night there was only 4 other tables being used we totally misjudged the time to visit. We sat by the pool one day and had to pay 10 euros for 2 sun loungers even though none of them were being used as the hotel was almost empty.Wifi is not free at this hotel , which is the first hotel we have stayed in that charges for this. We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it but not this time , we will not be returning as we thought there was some form of entertainment but not on this occasion.

Do not go in September poor service and ready for shutting down

    rating27 Sept 2019

They charge $5 each for a seat at the pool. However they say beech is free.Hotel was winding down and so was the customer service of the staff.Paid extra for a decent room but it was very small. On ly one balcony door could be opened due to the bed being in. The road . Same with front door hits off wardrobe door.Suposed to have entertainment on twice a week but one was cancelled. Buffet dinner was cancelled due to the restaurant not being busy enough for the hotel so they gave a poor menu. Sweets was sorbet and fruit.DO NoT Go In SEPTEMBER as the have switched off customer service button in their heads long before that. Sadly a very poor service in a nice hotel.
