    This hotel is perfect if you want a standard hotel in an amazing location just outside piazza san Marco, the rooms are basic but are everything you need, beds are comfy, staff were very friendly and overall good value for money. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore Venice and have a nice stay for a good price.

    The location was excellent. The room was comfy. Breakfast was tasty but we are both covered in bites after a two night stay.

    Hotel was diabolical. Fridge didn’t work. Reported x 3 to reception and nothing done. Vomit stains on the carpet and dirt everywhere. Honestly……don’t do it! Stay elsewhere!

    Small room, but well appointed in Venetian style & very clean. Small, but modern bathroom with a great shower. Checking in is at the Hotel Panada across the Calle (narrow street), but if there is a sign to indicate this, I did not see it, so finding a closed door upon arrival was disconcerting. Fortunately a guest told me where to go. The continental breakfast was fine & the staff was helpful & friendly. The location is very convenient to St Mark Square, as well as the Rialto bridge.

    Rooms shabby chic, clean but basic. No obvious way of putting on the bathroom radiator (would have been good to dry very wet clothing etc) or air con - thankfully not needed. Reception desk for bookings in etc was in the hotel opposite, as was breakfast. Rarely anyone at reception so couldn't inform them that a previous occupant had shut the safe so we were unable to use it (we locked everything in our cases so it wasn't a big issue) Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a very, very simple continental affair, no fruit available and unable to make toast. There only seemed to be one flavour of yoghurt, rest was one type of cereal, crossiants, mini rolls (quite solid), salami, ham and cheese, a mixed fruit? juice and water. Coffee choice was quite good but very small cups. All in all it was ok for a central budget hotel.
