An original Venician experience!!! The location is excellent, not in a very touristy location. The breakfast area is like a Venetian palace and the staff is traditional and genuine. I loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

We stayed at this hôtel for one night the last septembre 11It’s the extension of the Art hotel with no service dedicated At the main hôtel the do every things to make you feeling you stay in the poor side…For the price inacceptableKeep away this Domus Cavanis

Looks good on photos but Is badly maintained and has no staff on site. The toilet seat is still broken in this hotel, the place is definitely dingy, neglected and has no atmosphere. You are still expected to go across the street for breakfast. Its been a huge disappointment I wish we hadnt of bothered. The staff across the street initially had no key card for us to access the main door to the hotel, but this was resolved within 2 hours. Location in Venice was good and the room was very clean.Other than that a complete joke

Very disappointed with this Hotel, we had to book in across the road at the other Hotel. Not a very nice welcoming feel at all, room was dark and dingy, our toilet seat was broken, one of the bedside lights was broken with bare wires showing, a plug socket was hanging out of the wall and the pillows were like concrete slabs. We had to go back across to the other hotel for breakfast and that was utter chaos. The breakfast was enjoyable but the room was no where big enough for everyone. Wouldn’t stay there again ??
