Location

This hotel is located 150 m from the busy local train station with a regular train service to the heart of Venice and Treviso (journey time 15 minutes), so guests need not worry about finding a parking space and/or the problem of traffic. The centre of Mogliano Veneto is only 100 m away and guests will find restaurants, bars and shops in the immmediate vicinity.     The hotel looks like a 4 star, shame about the background. To access the rooms we had to pass outside, as if the 4-star hotel was hiding a horror movie motel.The small and dirty room: the stained blankets, the bathroom cabinet all broken and full of mold. Mould was the main piece of furniture in the bathroom. Even the mirror was broken and consequently dangerous. I travel a lot for work and I admit, fortunately, I have never stayed in a room like this. The breakfast I would say enough, far from a real 4 star; on the other hand the cost of the bottle of water available in the fridge in the room (off and dirty) is 4 stars.     I cannot recommend this hotel. The air conditioning system was out of order for the entire duration of my stay.On the first day, I pointed out the problem of the high temperature in the accommodation to the reception staff. Three times in the afternoon and the same evening, I pointed out that the temperature was not dropping. I was informed that the reception had adjusted the temperature directly, but the heat continued to be unbearable. I would like to point out that no one from the hotel has ever come to check on the situation. Late in the evening, after my request, I was given a fan; the receptionist put the fan on maximum. At night, between the room's heat and the fan's noise, it was impossible to sleep.After a sleepless night, I again reported the situation to the receptionist the following morning. Only then was I informed that there was a problem with the system in the entire hotel, and it would certainly be resolved within the day, which did not occur on the same day or the following days.Above all I would like to underline the lack of communication and attention towards the customer, no hotel staff member was ever kind enough to inform me that the system had not been fixed, and would be in disuse for the days of my stay.I understand that circumstances can be unpredictable, but I feel it is important to share these details so that you can fully understand the inconveniences we faced during our stay.

    Very outdated rooms only outside of hotel been renovated. Staff not very helpful and was very rude to one girl who was left vulnerable who was obviously not from the area and was trying to get another hotel I'm sorry but leaving a female vulnerable is not helpful no matter what. Also the breakfast buffet was lacking breakfast and the bathroom was not clean either was the balcony which could do with a lick of paint. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

    We have stayed there for 5 nights. Room was dated, looked like time has stopped there in the 90s and cleanliness level was average as well. The staff were kind and helpful in general but their service quality should be better, they didn't clean the stain on the floor for 2 days and the last day we even ran out of toilet paper which shouldn't have had happend even in a 2 star hotel... There was working A/C and a small fridge which was a plus. Breakfast was good, however some products had gone fast like cheese or ham and we had to wait for a while till they bring more. The biggest pros were location, hotel is just a few steps from train station from where you can get to Venice Santa Lucia station in approx. 25 min and reasonable price.

    Pros: Very good location near the train station. Cons: Hotel’s looks way different in real than on pics. Standart rooms are very outdated, tried several rooms and either air con doesn’t work, light, or something else. Nevertheless, showers are broken in every room, though, at least in 5 of 5 I have checked. During breakfast you have to keep asking for missing ham, eggs, bread, etc. When they bring a little after while but it is gone in less than a minute. It is very obvious that the owner is doing the best not to invest a single € into the property till it completely falls apart. At the end I got charged taxes that were supposed to be included in the price. I booked thru Agoda that advertised prices incl. taxes and fees. In addition Agoda charged me about 8% currency exchange upcharge. Never this hotel and never Agoda again
