  This is the place to stay in Venice. It is on a quiet canal just steps away from lively excellent restaurants, comfortably away from the throngs of tourists.   You feel taken care of from the moment you arrive until you leave, the whole experience is thoughtful and personal. Everything is beautifully curated without feeling overdone.It’s in a quiet, beautiful part of Venice, so you have complete calm and silence, but you’re still just a short walk away from everything.   Perfectly located get-away with very friendly and attentative staff

  We spent three nights at Heireka and really enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere in that beautiful Palazzo. The public areas and rooms were nicely decorated with lots of love for detail. We had a beautiful view onto the little garden which we must be truely beautiful and enjoyable in summer.The staff was very attentative and at any point in time available and doing their utmost to make our stay in Venice a truely unique and amazing experience, providing recommendations on how to walk, where to eat out, when to take a taxi, etc. and also following up. Breakfast and drinks were also really great, of very good quality and nice selection. Last but not least top location - a little bit tucked away from the main hustle and buslte but very easy to access main attractions in just 20 minutes walk.We would come back any time.   This hotel is exceptional in every respect. The property is beautifully designed, the rooms are thoughtfully laid out, and the interiors throughout are distinctive yet cohesive, creating an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and elegantly luxurious at the same time.The service is impeccable — warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. We were greeted by Andrea on arrival, and throughout our stay he, Franco, and their three female colleagues — whose names I’m so sorry not to remember — took the greatest care of us. We experienced a couple of hiccups during our stay that required medical attention, and they were absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and support.The location is also charming, set on a quiet canal, with plenty of fantastic eateries just a short walk away.We will certainly be back.   A sparkling jewel in the heart of Cannaregio

  Heureka is such a jewel, an oasis, a palace that you can genuinely call home. The amazing team are all so welcoming, so kind, so empathic, so experienced and hugely knowledgeable. The rooms are inspirational and luxurious, the communal interiors are so impressive and the tranquil garden is a blessing to enjoy throughout the day and evening.
