Location

    We have just finished our 2 night stay here and are very happy. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely and clean and warm. The rooms although slightly outdated had everything we needed. And there is a tram/bus stop 3mins walk from the hotel so made getting into central Venice very easy as only 20mins away. Breakfast was included and they even, very kindly offered to box us up a breakfast to to take with us to the airport at 3am as we had a very early night.

    The hotel seems to be a combo of new and old. we stayed in the old section and the room was fine - bathroom was typical of europe (tiny but functional) and overall very clean. Breakfast buffet was nothing special, but it was included in the price. the tram stop and bus stop are very close making it easy to get around. it was a short walk to also get the airport bus. no complaints about noise or anything like that.

    A nice and clean hotel, which is conveniently a few steps away from the bus and tram stops. The spread during breakfast although not great, but is way far better than some hotels that I have stayed in Europe. I would stay here again if I ever visit Venice again in the future.

    Very nice hotel with good breakfast and perfect location not far away from railway station but I never heard any trains. The staff was very friendly, hotel offers breakfast only (included on price) but plenty bars and restaurants around. Highly recommended.

    Definitely not to be repeated. Room 406. Even the receptionist was embarrassed and apologetic about the room. This is a situation the hotel knows about. not a 4 star hotel. The only good thing is the location, close to the station. The room was small and very dated. Stains on mattress with oddly an electrical outlet with plugs in behind my pillow. I have photos. The next room water system could be heard throughout the night. You can hear the taps squeak when they are turned on and the toilet flushing and being used. This woke us throughout the night. No sink plug , tiny shower with mold in grout. Window was covered in no see through plastic film. This is an honest review.
