    Wonderful retreat

    rating18 Oct 2026

What a great surprise. I would highly recommend staying on Murano while visiting Venice. It was great to stay on Murano - quiet and peaceful after the crowds in Venice. Transportation was very easy. The vaporetto stop is right by the hotel. Ricardo at check in was fantastic. He was so patient and informative. Gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The room was spotless and soothing. The whole hotel is decorated in a modern Mediterranean style that is very spare and elegant. Will definitely be back!

Stay at NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

    rating18 Oct 2026

We spent a long weekend in October 2026 at the NH Collection Venezia Murano and we enjoyed the location, the refurbishing of an old glass furnace into a modern and relaxed hotel. We had dinner in the hotel and we appreciated the dishes, the warm service, the very nice dining room. The arrival by water taxi into the private dock is not to be missed .The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary and extremely charming. The staff is ready to promptly answer your requests and suggested excellet restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a place where enjoying the beautiful Laguna and the islands (Murano, Burano, Torcello) in total quietness this is a place toi consider.

    Fantastic hotel and spa visit

    rating17 Oct 2026

My husband and I travelled to Murano for our 25th wedding anniversary. What a fabulous surprise when we arrived at the hotel. We had a lovely room, fantastic breakfast, the smell that is spread in the reception area is gorgeous. But our favourite part of our stay was our aromatherapy massage with Elisabetta on the morning of our anniversary. We have had many spa experiences over the years but Elisabetta’s treatments were fantastic. She works a special kind of magic and is the most caring and vibrant energy. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and definitely include a spa visit with Her.

The Spa is fantastic. thank you Elisabetta!!

I saw Elisabetta at the Spa while staying at the hotel and it was the absolute highlight of my stay. She was so kind, attentive, and sincerely wanted me to just relax. The spa itself is so clean, the treatments are wonderful (I had a scrub and a facial, both were efficient and fantastic). And the amenities - sauna, steam room, and emotional shower only added to my exceptional experience. I couldn’t recommend more especially after all the walking in Venice!
