    The hotel was conveniently located in Murano. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful in all aspects of our stay, including arranging a challenging return water taxi ferry to the airport in Venice during the colossal regatta event in Venice that day! The hotel suite was excellent! The hotel breakfast was first class. Every aspect of our experience at this property was excellent.     A lovely stay! A great hotel away from the busy areas. Beautiful hotel converted from what used to be a glass factory. Great location, some nice restaurants and shops around. Matteo on reception was great! Full of great suggestions and advice. Water bus taxi stop is 2 mins walk away, making getting around really convenient. Breakfast was good, great selection. Free glass tour via private water taxi was offered. Great opportunity to take up, as all organised by the hotel. We stayed for a short stay, but couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend. Very clean and tidy too.     Fantastic hotel 15 minutes from Venice

    Me and my Fiancé stayed here for 3 nights absolutely stunning hotel, staff spoke English (especially Matt) and always wanted to help. Quick 15 min boat tour and you’re in Venice. Got a Sweedish massage while staying and our masseuse Maria was brilliant she was so attentive, kind and provided 2 phenomenal messages would highly recommend.     Fabulous hotel with excellent staff

    We booked this hotel for a 4 night break to Venice. We were unsure whether we should stay in central Venice but having read the reviews of this hotel, opted to stay in a junior suite on Murano. So pleased we did as although it was great sight seeing in Venice, it was also lovely to take the hotel shuttle boat back to our peaceful hotel. Our room was lovely, large and clean, overlooking the lagoon and the breakfast selection was fab. Hotel staff were so helpful and we loved our stay there. Also enjoyed our cheeky evening drink before dinner overlooking the lagoon on the rooftop bar. Definitely would recommend this hotel and the fact that they offered a shuttle boat to and back from Venice.
