  Location was the only thing we could say was good about this abomination of a”hotel”! Cracked mirrors, paint peeling, rusted shower which then fell to pieces and had to be replaced , a toilet you had to sit sideways on due to placement of bathroom sink, beds that were like sleeping on the floor, and fridge that didn’t know how to be cold ! And what aircon ???? It was a joke .The hotel photos were nothing like it on arrival, very disappointed!

  Here’s a polished version that keeps your concerns clear and professional while still conveying your frustration:We were left outside despite having a confirmed reservation and a check-in time of 6:00 PM. When traveling internationally, especially from overseas, arrival times can vary significantly. Since our stay had already been fully paid for, it was very disappointing to be denied access over a €40 shortfall.The hotel’s policy requires guests to provide passports, but not all visitors are from Italy. There should be a better process in place for international travelers who have already paid for their accommodations rather than leaving them stranded outside.The following morning, we tried calling the hotel at 9:00 AM, but no one answered. We eventually had to walk to the property around noon to resolve the issue ourselves.Overall, this was a very poor experience. The front desk staff appeared concerned about repercussions from upper management and seemed unable to help. We chose to leave rather than continue dealing with the situation.Hospitality businesses should prioritize customer service and provide reasonable solutions for paying guests. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management reviews these policies and makes improvements for future guests.Terrible experience.

  I've stayed in better hostels

  Good location although on a very busy street so quite noisy at night time. Rooms are tiny, old, worn and unclean. Only 1 socket in entire room which had a fridge plugged in to it so anytime we needed to use chargers etc we had to unplug. Bed is like sleeping on wood, so so uncomfortable. I definitely would never come back here and would not recommend it to others.

  AC was listed as an amenity. We arrived on a day that was 80 degrees with high humidity. Our room was very hot and uncomfortable. Went down to desk to inquire about AC. Management told us they would not turn AC on until June, despite the high temps. Desk staff was rude and condiscending. Woman at desk was mumbling about us in Italian - I understand Italian. We were told to "open the windows", which let in bugs and mosquitoes. Was too late to find another hotel that evening. Needless to say, none of us sleep. WIFI was also down when we arrived and the halls smelled of mold. TV cable was pulled out and TV unplugged. We checked-out the next morning and went to another hotel - air conditioned, working WIFI and no smell.

  Rated this hotel at 1 only due to not being able to rate it as a 0. Due to flight change, we didn't arrive until the day after we were due. Reception was not happy due to this which was apparent when we saw the room given to us. A single room attempting to be a double and failing miserably. The bathroom, if it can be called this, was so dated and small that it looked like something from Middle Earth.Obviously no cats were there due to the lack of room to swing them. Having to hold onto the opposite wall from the bath (without stretching!) just to get out of the shower wasn't easy. Although there WAS a 4-inch gap between the bath and the WC that you could fit your dainty foot down on the floor for stability if needed. The limescale and rust around the tap in the bath were a clear indication of the years between cleaning. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
