Location

Situated on the romantic Canal dei Tolentini, a few steps away from the famous Basilica dei Frari and the Rialto Bridge, this modern Venice hotel is ideally located for sightseeing and shopping. The Grand Canal, the Accademia, San Rocco, and the Goldoni Theatre as well as links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. Marco Polo Airport is only a couple of minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 5 junior suites, suites, 8 single rooms and 83 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Very nice Venetian-style rooms. Everything was spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly, and there was always turndown service and complimentary water in the room. The breakfast was wonderful, and the views from our top-floor room were stunning. The location was excellent as well. Highly recommended!     We chose this hotel mainly for the location which really suited us. The interior is elegant, clean and quiet. Regarding staff friendliness, after an ok check in and out, no one acknowledged us during our stay even though the elevator to the rooms is next to reception. Our room, a superior deluxe, was small with barely room for two suitcases and closet space and drawers were only really sufficient for a couple of nights stay. Nowhere outside of the shower (we requested a bath tub but that never happened) was there room for toiletries/makeup. However the daily housekeeping was excellent.For us, the biggest disappointment of our stay was the buffet breakfast. Definitely not up to a 4 star hotel standard. The hot option was stodgy scrambled egg, cold bacon and sausage. No hot food station. The fruit offering was basic but if you like cake, pastries, cookies and cold meat with carrots and green beans that was on offer. Overall not worth the price we paid for our stay.     We love this hotel and stayed for the 2nd time in two years here. The location, the room with the balcony, the sunrises and sunsets are phenomenal. Plus it's near all the vaporetto stops to get anywhere in Venice including the islands. We love the little restaurant with the dining in front of the hotel and the breakfasts include home made cakes and pastries. The staff had familiar faces from our first visit and we had excellent service and assistance during our stay. I hope we can come back in the future.
