    Do not stay here!

    This place is not maintained! The carpets are nasty and old. The walls are in need a paint job a decade ago. Overall, this place is in disrepair. Whoever is rating this as a 5 star is mistaken. Very disappointed and would never recommend this hotel.

    An amazing visit for our 10 year anniversary. Staff are very accommodating and helpful, make you feel very welcome. Very chilled atmosphere for those wanting to relax. Dinner was amazing and all thanks to oaha and Helma for their brilliant hosting skills, they put a smile on anyone’s face. It’s the little things that make all the difference. Very pleasant stay and highly recommend

    A lovely return visit for us. Beautiful place with a very nice breakfast and friendly staff. The shuttle into Venice was convenient and we had no problems booking our places. We were sad to see the grand dining room is no longer available for hotel guests (events only) but appreciate that most people will want to eat dinner outside during the warm season. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

    Lovely pre-cruise stay here; away from the hectic craze of Venice proper! The pre-arrival communications were excellent and we felt welcomed upon arrival. We secured transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port through the front desk. All requests were as communicated and perfectly executed. Grounds are beautiful. Our room was comfortable, spacious but could use a re-fresh of paint, flooring and furniture. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice as was the staff. In fact, all staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quaint, location is perfect (without the crazy hustle and bustle of Venice proper) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Amazing Venetian Luxury

    Just returned after two night stay, meeting up with our son who was staying three nights. The hotel is stunning, beautiful gardens and pool area, amazing architecture and wonderful staff. If you want luxury and opulence that gives that Venetian feel rather than corporate, you must go here. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and taken in the gardens which added to the experience. As I said staff so helpful and knowledgeable, truly an asset to the hotel.
