    The pictures do not reflect this hotel.It is outdated,in need of renovation and very overpriced.The entrance is scruffy without any clear signage and in the carpark.The room which was called a suite consisted of a double bed,a stained blue seat at a desk and an adjacent room with a single bed and wardrobe.The shower was mouldy ,old and in need of a renovation.The decor (yellow internal doors and blue external doors)was very old fashioned in the hotel and windows needed repair and mould removing.In our bathroom a part had been repaired and the room number was still written on the part.I would not recommend this hotel for value for money or facilities.The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The worst experience of misleading wording I have experienced so far in Italy.The staff at the reception and check in were lovely.Friendly and super professional.It's a shame the hotel standard does not reflect the service the staff give.     We spent 4 nights with a child on wheelchair. Everything was suitable for him. The personal was specialy kind. Food is splendid. You can feel,that somebody really cares.     We've booked one week in the Villa Sorriso. This is such a beautiful Hotel that we decided after the first 24 hours to extend our holidays and now we stay two weeks in a Superior Room with a balcony. The Room is new renovated exactly as it was shown and described on the Homepage.The whole staff is very heartful and every wish is fulfilled. The Restaurant Terrazza Sorriso has a beautiful sight and the beach is just two steps away. The food is excellent that's why we booked full board. The owner Matteo and Deborah are a very nice couple. The way they act gives you the feeling of beeing at home. We are enjoying our holidays very much!!Grazie mille a tutta la squadra!     Tourist trap of worst kind !

    Tourist trap alert !This hotels promises gold and gives you the worst, so you have to pay for extras.We booke a Suite Deluxe with front sea view, and got a room above the parking with view into a wall.Booked 4 sunbeds, got 2Rentalcar was damaged by the staff in the hotel-parking. They blamed us.Etc etc etc.The hotel is ran by a man called Matteo, that is bulliyng his staff in such a bad way that they look like beaten dogs around him and act very afraid.Authorities should probably have a look at the way this establishment is ran - that is how bad it was.Take a look at the pictures enclosed of what you get when you book Suite Delux Front Seaview…

    Went for a week to drive at the famous Jesolo Kart circuit, so chose the hotel only for its location 15 minutes from the circuit. However the hotel was so much better than just convenient, we lover our stay, rooms were excellent location right on the wonderful beach, breakfast was good and the staff excellent. Note i booked off the hotel website where they offer early booking discounts, saved a lot.
