Only three things let's this Hotel Down. Distance, No hot water on the last night/ Morning, and a wobbly room that shakes when you walk across it.The complex itself is a 26 minute walk from the number 6 bus that takes you to Venice Piazzale Roma. But, for the same distance walking if you make your way to the Piazzale mercato that is a straight walk via delafonte( search Google maps) you will have the choice of 66, 6, tram 2 ( which takes you to tram 1 on the same platform is less crowded) . Now for the hotel. Clean and warm ( cold at night) spacious. My particular room was at the very end corner and you can hear traffic humming along but when you've spent all day in Venice, trust me when I say this, you'll be asleep as soon as your head hits that pillow! Beds are comfortable but, you may experience the feeling of being on a boat if someone walks across the room. It does wobble something awful. We had no towels changed bed sheets or cleaning in the duration of our stay. ( 4 nights). The complex itself is superb. Very clean very tidy, restaurant is okish price wise, the market is small but has what you need. Resaurant and bar right next to the pool area, plenty of sunbeds. The way to the bus stops is via an underpass right by the entrance and there is a 81f that takes you to the number 6 bus stop on the industrial estate opposite. The staff are great, check in done online city tax was under 2 euros for 2 people, absolutely no hold on your debit cards and that was a shock in all fairness as all hotels in Italy do that! So all in all, this was a great stay for us, but, they do need to up the game just a tad on the cleaning and steadiness of the rooms. Is it worth the price? I think yes absolutely, but I'd be willing to pay a little more if cleaners would at least change the towels and sheets. Apart from that it has been a fantastic first visit to Venice and I have the Venetians and Hu Venezia staff to thank for it.

Great bus to Venice that picks you up that is arranged at reception, however it stops quite a bit away from canal, Good evening entertainment but good expensive food. Very good supermarket on site, Beautiful campsite but a long walk to anything like bus restaurant. We did find a restaurant within 15 mins walk and it was cheap.Beds comfy room clean good size for two people. We requested a kettle so we could make coffee and noodle pots and that was no problem getting one. Nice pool a little busy end august but to be expected.Reception staff lovely very helpful good English.Not much English people on site. Really enjoyed our stay it was relaxing yet got plenty of exercise.

ALICES REVIEWS Really good ?? there’s a bar a pool ,supermarket, cabins, toilets, showers and lots of pitches for motorhomes , tents ??? and lots of other things Pool : Good for the kids because they could use it with we were setting up camp there’s a small pool for adults , hot tubs and a shallow pool for the little ones ?? with a slide ?? Pitches : Not a lot to say here but it was a good pitch ( water and electric ?? on the pitch ) Showers bathrooms and all that was really good Amazing ?? would come back

I stayed at this resort with 3 others. It was fantastic place and only 20 minutes away from Venice. Lovely place, staff were very welcoming. A great restaurant on site with delicious fresh food. Also a swimming pool and a shuttle bus that takes you to Venice. Beautiful stay.
