Location

This holiday village warmly welcomes guests in Marghera.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 150 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a microwave. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can also make use of the cleaning service on departure. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including beach volleyball, golf, a gym, table tennis, billiards and a spa. A dance club and a nightclub are also options for entertainment.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café, a bar and a pub. A generous breakfast buffet and lunch are served every day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The complex also offers special catering options.

    I stayed at this resort with 3 others. It was fantastic place and only 20 minutes away from Venice. Lovely place, staff were very welcoming. A great restaurant on site with delicious fresh food. Also a swimming pool and a shuttle bus that takes you to Venice. Beautiful stay.

    Clearly this place must depend on which bungalow you get as there are so many different opinions. Ours was dirty, and needed a good clean. The bedding was stained and the towels too. Finding a pubic hair, on the supposed clean bed, was a gross highlight. Smelt awful on coming into the bungalow. Highly cramped and seriously ugly. Looks like it has’t been updated since 1980 and perhaps not cleaned properly since then! Couldn’t wait to leave.     We flew in to Venice Treviso airport and found the easiest way to get to the campsite was to take the ATVO bus, which departs directly outside departures at the airport at a cost of €12 per adult, our 2 year old daughter was free. We got off at Venice Mestre and walked half an hour until we arrived at the site, we just followed maps on our phones.My wife was initially disheartened when I mentioned I had booked us onto a campsite for our trip but how that quickly turned to absolute delight as soon as we arrived.We stayed in a deluxe bungalow with our two year old daughter and could not have been more pleased with everything about this accommodation. We checked in online so all that needed to be done on arrival was handing over our passports for scanning, paying the cost and collecting our key card. We went to our bungalow and it had everything we needed, shower, toilet, sink, beds etc…Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled beautiful, like fresh cleaning detergent, in a good way. The shop was well stocked, the prices of drinks in the bar were reasonable and the coffee in the bar was phenomenal. The campsite overall was very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the all you can eat breakfast at the site, two mornings in a row, at only €12 per adult and free for our 2 year old, it was wonderful and set us up for the day ahead, they had toast, croissants, eggs, cheese, cereals, yoghurts and many more things to enjoy. We ate pizza from the restaurant on our first night and each time we had pizza elsewhere in Venice and Treviso, my wife just kept saying, ‘okay, but it isn’t as nice as the pizza we had at the campsite’, the pizza was reasonably priced and didn’t take long at all to cook, they even do it to take away so we could enjoy it out on our porch. The shuttle bus was very convenient, €2.50 per adult each way and our 2 year old was free. Picked up right outside the campsite and dropped off at the Marina in Venice, a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Venice. The stops didn’t change so once you know where to go, it was easy to rock up and book the tickets before hopping onto the bus, so we weren’t rushing or tied to a certain time as the buses left every half an hour and only took 10-12 minutes each way. We honestly cannot recommend this site enough, great for people on a budget or with small children or anyone really!!!     We were staying in a 4 star resort in Lake Garda but checked out early because it was dire and so spontaneously decided to stay here. It was perfect for us as we had a car and wanted to see Venice again. This place was far better than the 4 star hotel and was half the price. We had a lovely 2 bedroom chalet which was spotlessly clean, had both a central heating system and a air con unit which had a heating mode. The kitchen was well equipped with decent appliances if you are looking for the full self catering experience. The staff were amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. For example the first chalet we were given clearly smelled like the previous guests had been smoking within and we were changed immediately to another. The grounds itself were nicely kept and maintained and they had a decent sized swimming pool area (now closed for the season). Their frequent shuttle service to Venice was also great and easy to book tickets online (even though some guests had issues understanding this concept and took it out on the poor driver when they tried to get on for a time they didn’t book for or didn’t have a ticket). The onsite market was also very resonablely priced and well stocked.
