  We spend a week in Laguna park and I can highly recommend this place.Positives:- private beach with assigned sun beds and lockers plus beautiful flowers is absolutely top- hotel pool always has a place with towel service and bar for cold beer- in general hotel is not crowded at all. NO need to fight for space at the pool or table in the restaurant- food in restaurant and selection of wines is excellent. What i liked in particular is that you have your table assigned for the entire stay and no need to fight for space as in may other establishments. If you do not finish your wine it is brought to you next time- rooms are super clean (2x a day) and have a wonderful sea view. coffee machine in every room only makes it even betterAreas to improve:- You go to Italy to enjoy Italian lifestyle everywhere except... check-in. It is simply too long and too cumbersome. When I make a reservation I already give all my details (phone, email etc.) and when I check-in I have to do it again. All I want from check-in process is to provide my ID, credit card and sign on the doted line. It should take no longer than 3 minutes. What makes it also painfull is that cars block the driveway entire time. Guests should be able to go to garage first and then check-in. But this is rather an issue f the process rather then people. The staff (Annaly) at reception is super professional and kind and that gives you a comfort you are in 5* hotel.- Drinks for breakfast and Dinner. It is confusing at the beginning that you should wait for waiter to offer you drinks rather than self service (like for food). I do not mind paying for drinks for dinner but it should be included in information. Other wise we looked waiter in the eyes awkwardly not knowing what to do. It was funny experience but information upfront should resolve thisOverall excellent hotel (definitely not for types that enjoy Turkish ultra all inclusive). Quality of service, food and amenities leads to self selection of guests and that what makes this place exceptional.

  Comfortable, modern and spacious bedrooms. Good selection of food. Attentive staff. Ample sunbeds around excellent pools set in extensive grounds. Secluded but only a few metres from its large private beach area. In a quiet location a long way from the centre of Bibione.

  Had booked this hotel specifically for its private beach area. Hotel advertises two lounge chairs and umbrella right on a nice sandy beach for every room reservation. After finding an open spot I was kindly asked to move by another guest who pointed to a tiny number on the umbrella. Going back to reception asking for a chair/umbrella #, they said that I should have received a reserved one upon check in which I didn’t. They said that they were full and that I could just sit at an empty one. I explained that I was asked to move and didn’t want to spend all afternoon hopping chairs and taking other people’s spots as guests came in, and that it was supposed to come with the room. I was basically told too bad, we can’t help you. We apologize about our disruptions about the beach. To guarantee the safety distance this year we had less sun umbrellas to disposal. For this reason we couldn’t guarantee a fix number already from the first day.   All in all we had a very nice holiday and we were sad to leave! I will start with the positive things: The pool and the beach are really nice and spacious. The beach bed is so nice and big!! The hotel, because of Covid, was half empty so this made it even more spacious. You get daily fresh beach towel and a beach bag, really great service! The food: the quality and the variety is really outstanding! Karol was our waiter and she was really lovely and amazing, Nunzio was the maitre and was always so kind and professional and Lorenzo was the best barman ever! Things that need an improvement: Wifi: after the first day when it was really not existing, we complained since my husband also had to work, the reception called the internet provider to increase the “power” and then it was good (not outstanding but way better). The room: for a 4 star superior the room could be a bit better since it’s quite small, bit basic and the shower is really small and the additional bed for my daughter was a foldable bed with a pretty thin mattress. The team at the reception (with the exception of a lady with long dark hair but I forgot her name) could be more friendly. On the day of check out some people arrived at 8 (when the check in at 13) and there was only one lady at reception who took 15 minutes (probably more since then we left) to give them info while we were waiting to check out, when we asked to have somebody else to help us she looked at us annoyed asking to have patience. Again, the other people arrived before time so the lady should have given the right priority. Again it’s a very nice place that could use some improvement for the high price you pay.
