    treet, beach is a 5minute walk across a shopping street, good places to eat. Very hard and expensive to get too and from airport so book transfer at point of booking. About 90minutes from Venice but easy enough with bus & boat taxi. A bit noisy at night.     Town was like a ghost town. Whole town shut down for the winter, barely anything open and those that did, only for a couple of hours. Hotel pool and beach closed (not stated on website). Room was supposedly a superior room, but very basic. Take your own mugs, teaspoons, tea & coffee. Only thin paper cups & 2 sachets provided & no replacements given. Beds (single) were tiny, nearly fell out of them many times! The balcony barely got the sun due to the building opposite and the room was freezing, but no heating available. Breakfast was nice, but food was cold & bread stale - probably due to the lack of people and not being replaced. Booked through Tui, who should not be selling package holidays to a dead town! But told me I should have researched it. I have been before to this town & it is lovely in season, but don’t go if not. As for the room, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. We will certainly do our best to improve the experience of our guests, taking your comments into consideration.     Visited this hotel for daughters birthday. Hotel was spotless in all areas and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food but could have been a little warmer. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again.     Lovely hotel. All staff really friendly. Special mention has to got to the:- reception staff who were always very helpful. - the lovely cleaner on level 2 who always greeted you with a smile and left our room immaculate. Room always spotless. Great location close to everything and the beach. Great nights sleep and very quiet considering the hotels central location. Thank you for a great stay.
