    Great little Hotel

    Just returned from a great little break in Venice and stayed here.The Hotel is exactly how I imaged when booking, friendly welcome, a clean, nice size room with Tea, coffee and water, plenty of space for clothes and a comfortable bed!We found that the Hotel was well situated, fairly quiet but a good choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.Breakfast is extra at 10 euros, but we were very happy with what we had, Coffee, fresh meats, cheese, bread, hot bacon and eggs, yoghurts etc, so we didn't leave hungry in the mornings.A great value hotel and we would certainly stay here again.

    I loved our stay here. The location was excellent outside the main tourist area but easily accessible. It was right on a canal in a quiet neighborhood near the Peggy Guggenheim museum and art galleries. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance as is the water bus. There are not a lot of amenities in the hotel itself but it is clean and our room was adorable. Our only complaint was the tiny shower. Would definitely stay here again.

    Charming place. Clean room with modern bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities. In a quieter part of town (which i loved) but still walking distance to St Marks square. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money and would definitely recommend staying here.

    The property is in an excellent location and close by to all the major attractions but is still quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

    First days in Italy- a nice start

    A nice room for our first few days in italy. There were 4 of us and the size was just fine. Staff were very helpful by sending us directions in advance and made us feel comfortable when we first arrived. We walked a lot from this location, but also got to see a lot of Venice. The front desk staff also directed us to close transportation for our journey to the train station as we traveled on to Florence. Breakfast was nice for an early departure.
