  I will keep this review precise as possible. Location: 1 out of 5 - a poor location, in a very run down area with even some dodgy parts if you want to walk to Venice, or even the nearby Mestre.Rooms: 2 out of 5 - The rooms were spacious, but run down, with broken USB ports and a heating system that looks like it is from the 1970's - which also doesn't work and is controlled by the receptionists. The mattress on the bed is like rock, so if you prefer a soft mattress you will not enjoy this bed. Value: 4 out of 5 - The price is cheap so cannot fault this. Cleanliness: 3 out of 5 - this is a mixed bag. On the one hand the hotel is generally clean, but it really stinks of cigarette smoke, every day in the morning and evening. Upon reporting this to a woman on reception, she said "it is random, and no body else complains about this" - the issue was people in their rooms smoking, most likely. Food: 2 out of 5 - The dinner was ok, I tried it once but the breakfast was the worst I have had in my life, and I have been around the world - extremly poor quality food, incorrectly cooked dishes etc. If you must stay here, please, for all that is holy DO NOT buy breakfast. Service: 2 out of 5 - The staff were generally ok, they don't really want to do much for the customers but not sure if this is a cultural thing? It would have been a 3 out of 5 but let down by a specific woman at reception, who would do better with some more service training.

  Great mainland stay for access to Venezia

  Loved this hotel for 3 nights. Check-in was really good and the guy at the desk was helpful and efficient. The room was nice, clean, well appointed and quiet. The front desk staff were happy, polite and helped us book bus tickets and give us general accurate advice. The restaurant was pretty good and accommodated us even when they were quite busy (we had no booking). The location is good and the local bus was a short stroll away, and a good supermarket no too far away either. We used the bus to Venezia daily and back to the train station when we departed. (only thing I must mention - Not the hotels fault, is the Petrol station/Auto Grill restaurant right next door, is not accessible and has gates locked to prevent access. We had planned to get snacks there).We really enjoyed the nice hospitality and I would stay here again. Recommended

  Quiet and ideal location

  If you want a nice quiet accommodation a stone’s throw from Venice itself then you have come to the right place. The surrounding area is free from the hustle and bustle of the romantic city and only a bus ride away (bus stop to Venice just around the corner. Room itself was very comfortable and spacious with complimentary toothbrushes, bottled water and toothpaste. Would definitely stay again although you need 2 buses to get here from the airport or a taxi that costs €45. Glad we stayed here.

  Great staff, exceptional service, close to bus stop just 5 minutes by walk. Prices were reasonable. Rooms were luxurious. Ps. Bathroom may need more equipment
