Excellent choice, and truly excellent customer service

This was just an overnight stay at the end of a long trip - but this hotel is a bit of a gem. As others have said, spotless, completely quiet, comfortable and pleasant rooms - not luxury, but definitely a step above 'satisfactory'. (The hot pink couch was a laugh at first, but turned out to be actually very comfy for lounging!). But this hotel is a great example of a superb team and service elevating a good hotel to great. In particular, I have to mention Giuseppe - the young man who checked us in, manned the bar, answered our questions, handled our request for ice...pretty much did everything it seemed, all with a smile, energy, and a can-do attitude. (We complimented him on being a 'one man band', but I don't think it translates well :) despite his excellent english). The other team members we encountered were provided great service, but Giuseppe really stands out.Great value, and we were very happy with our choice to stay here.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a rail holiday. It's not in the nicest location (albeit convenient) - near a busy road junction. But, the hotel and the staff more than compensate for this.Our room was fairly large, with a decent sized bathroom and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The staff on reception are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They can provide eg local bus tickets, and know some good places to eat - especially the local pizzeria! We had two breakfasts and one evening meal at the hotel. All the food is good quality and well cooked. The breakfast selection was great. The lady managing the breakfast bar is a real darling and she was at pains to ensure we were well looked after - we absolutely were! A very good stay.

Amazing Hotel, Amazing Crew, Everything Amazing.

Amazing experiencie! We arrived almost 00:00 and the reception was fantastic! We were a group of 24 starving people and the crew called to a near by pizzaria to ask if they could wait for us to dinner. No Words for the kind and sweet treatment that they had. The rooms are amazing, the breakfast was perfect, the hotel structure is awesome. I’ll comeback and i recomend! It’s worth the stay!

Beware taxi costs if you need to go anywhere.

Modern well appointed hotel. Reception staff very personable & friendly. Quite remote for eating and drinking out without calling a cab. In this regards BEWARE! Taxis will comeFrom Mastre and will charge you for the journey from (ie the journey to come and pick you up - about €10/11) as well aswhere you want to go to. This resulted in a 3km cab ride costing €20 ouch!!. Back at hotel rooms were typical business set up but had everything you need. I would recommend for a late check in/early get up for flight or cruise stay but not suitable if you have time to kill and want to explore. If a drink is all you want then a 700m walk to the Red Bear craft ale pub is worth the trek.
