  Very nice location . Just 2 minutes walking distance from mestre train station . Well finished apartment and control by very good person. 2 shared bathroom with 4 room . Cheap hotel . If don’t mind for use shared its a better solution. Very nice kitchen .

  Please don't think this is a B&B, the owner has called it BBstaystation, however, you can cook your own meals or take a short walk to some great local restaurants. The train station is 2 mins away and you can be in Venice within 15 mins from leaving your door. Please do not book the twin room,as we did, basically it is a room with 2 beds, no wardrobes and limited cupboard space. We spoke to the owner and for a small fee upgraded to another room once a room was free. For a budget place to stay its great, clean and easy to get to anywhere you want to go.   Near to bus/train station. Very easy to go venice water city. Friendly staff, room size is large and clean. Apartment consists 4 rooms and two shared bathroom. one kitchen one belconi. Centraly heating system is very good.

  Its near by station.beautiful apartment,so much comfortable also comfort zone.We stay one night in this apartment to be able to visit Venice. The location is excellent as it a few tens of meters of station and SR11 which leds to Piazzale Roma. The staff extreme courtesy and kindness.One large supermarket very close to appartment can be reached on.foot in 5 minutes.the room is very clea.

  We stay one night in this apartment to be able to visit Venice. The location is excellent as it a few tens of meters of station and SR11 which leds to Piazzale Roma. The staff extreme courtesy and kindness.One large supermarket very close to appartment can be reached on.foot in 5 minutes.The room is very clean.
